[name_f]Do[/name_f] you prefer the spelling [name_m]Wells[/name_m] or Welles it’s an honor name for [name_m]Lewellen[/name_m]. We kind of feel like Welles looks more complete but wonder if the simplified [name_m]Wells[/name_m] would be better?

I want to pronounce them differently. I personally would go with [name_m]Wells[/name_m]. It will be the assumed spelling and clear on the pronunciation.

[name_u]Love[/name_u] this name! I too would go with the spelling [name_m]Wells[/name_m] - I think Welles might confuse some people (though I don’t mind how it looks on paper).

From looks alone, I prefer [name_m]Wells[/name_m]. I also think that choice is the most straightforward, in terms of spelling.

We’ve had a harder time finding a boys name this time lol but [name_m]Wells[/name_m] has been growing on us we just weren’t sure which spelling

I think either one would work but I prefer [name_m]Wells[/name_m]. It’s simpler and most people would likely assume this spelling. Congrats to you, it’s a great name and it goes great with the siblings I see in your signature!

I saw that [name_m]Wells[/name_m] is an honor for [name_m]Lewellen[/name_m] - great choice! I just wanted to leave this name as well because I think it’s cool/different and close to the name you want to honor: Llewyn.
