Title.
I’d assume girl. Also feels trendy and younger so on an older person I would wonder if they choose it for themselves. That’s about it.
I grew up with a female [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] , so my instinct is to think of it as more female leaning. However if I met a man named [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] I wouldn’t bat an eye. I think it still has a strong unisex quality to it
I’d for sure assume girl. I’ve only ever known of female Quinns, myself. Preppy and sweet. I picture someone a little haughty, but only because that’s how he Quinns I’ve heard of are!
i’d assume a Quinn was a guy. personality wise, Quinn feels sporty and carefree.
Unisex, spunky, modern and cool
The Glee character her exact character is what I think of when I hear the name.
It’s unisex, but leaning masculine to me. [name_u]Quincy[/name_u] pops to mind as well. I picture someone simple, or minimalistic but very studious.
I absolutely love the name [name_u]Quinn[/name_u]. It would be higher on my list if it wasn’t my cousin’s daughter’s name. I’m so glad it got used though.
It feels familiar, refreshing, jovial, and happy to me. I think it can work on shy and outgoing people alike.
I know I’m five million years old, but I really really do not like this name. For any gender. But I don’t like any any-gender names so it figures. [name_u]Or[/name_u] almost none.
I don’t think I have any assumptions per se, but my first associations are that it feels modern and leans masculine and that is probably because I have only met one Quin/Quinn (I actually can’t remember the spelling) and he was a little boy. I like the name for any gender, however. I think it’s a cool name.
Quinn is unisex for me. I imagine a quiet artist who marches at the beat of their own drum (in a good independent way).
