What are your thoughts on Amata?

This is a new name to me and I like it as it gives me such warm, sunny, romantic vibes much like the name [name_f]Romia[/name_f] in my user card does.
What are the thoughts from other nameberry members on this name?

It means “beloved” or “lover”. Very similiar to the Italian amato and the Latin amandus

Bonus question: any middles that sound good paired with her?

I think it’s neat! Great meaning. It reminds me of [name_f]Renata[/name_f], which I also like.

I think [name_f]Amata[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] sounds beautiful and romantic.

I quite like it! Reminds me of [name_f]Amada[/name_f] which I really love and use as an honor for my mom [name_f]Aime[/name_f]. I think it’d be a gorgeous sister to Romia!! Both have that very elegant romantic vibe

[name_f]Amata[/name_f] is really pretty and unique! Not sugary sweet, but more of a down-to-earth, natural beauty. I prefer one-syllable middle names with [name_f]Amata[/name_f]. I like the spelling and think the pronunciation is very clear: uh-MAH-duh, right?

[name_f]Amata[/name_f] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] is really standing out to me. It’s right up there with [name_f]Amata[/name_f] [name_f]Elise[/name_f] for the moment

Yeah that’s really close. I pronounce the ending a bit softer so it’s like (uh-mah-tah)

[name_f]Amata[/name_f] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f]
[name_f]Amata[/name_f] [name_f]Severine[/name_f]

all are so beautiful!

[name_m]Just[/name_m] looked up the name [name_f]Enyo[/name_f] after the Greek goddess of War. And I’m quite taken with it I have to say
