Do you think it would make a good first name or a ‘good, ok, bad’ middle name.
I’ve heard this on an African boy, pronouced Tuhn-day, though he had a longer name that shortened to Tunde (Olutunde? Something like that, anyway). I think of it as being quite a ‘black’ name, though maybe it’s just because of the one that I knew meaning I struggle to picture it on a white child. It’s got quite a nice sound to it, familiar but different at the same time if that makes sense.
I’m not a fan. It’s out of the box which is nice and it’s meaning is fun, but I can’t figure out how to pronounce it and it seems very masculine. [name]Just[/name] by looking at it I’d say it looks like a nickname for rotunde, which is not something I’d want to risk for my daughter.

[name]Oxford[/name] says both ˈpaprɪkə (PAP-rik-ə) and pəˈpri”kə (pə-PREE-kə) are acceptable. I prefer the latter.
I would say pop-ri-ka and people love it in hungary! it tastes ok on top of food but it really comes alive when you put it soup. You can tell by the smell that it’s something with heaps of flavour(not spicy however).

I like Tunde. It’s pretty cute. However it would probably be mispronounced where I live, so maybe better as a middle name.

Tunde is interesting. I like interesting genuine names with significant meaning. I am thinking it would have pronunciation issues. [name]How[/name] do you pronounce it?
It’s my mum’s name! She grew up in [name]England[/name], but her parents came from Hungary. Her actual first name was [name]Elizabeth[/name], but her mum always used her middle name, Tunde, when she was an adult she changed it legally. She does have to spell it out and pronounce it to people.
Tünde - if I’m right phonetically spelled as /tyndɛ/, the ü is like the ü used in german too if this helps something 
Tunde on the other hand is a unisex name, originally a name for a native of Nigeria which also means “returns”. If the vowel ‘U’ appears as ‘Ü’, Tünde refers to the Hungarian female given name, derived from the Hungarian word ‘tündér’ meaning “fairy”.
My opinion on Tunde is that you should save it for a middle spot. I can’t imagine a child being named this… Maybe find other names that mean “fairy”?
I read all the comments and still don’t know how to pronounce it. 1 syllable, 2 syllables? Like [name_f]Tundra[/name_f] but without the ra? I think this is a MN only for me, but I’m not Hungarian, so maybe it works there!

For my Hungarian ears it sounds pretty decent how it is pronouncing Tünde. And again note: if you want it with the correct ‘fairy’ meaning, you have to write it with ü and not simply u. (see my comment on this a few posts ago)
