I don’t like it as a first name, but as a middle name I think it’s lovely! I love the winter imagery and the simple elegance of it.

I’m so sorry, but I think of drugs. Otherwise, I am sure I would like it as I like lots of weather/cold-related names. I agree that as a middle it would seem different.

I’m not sure as a first- I feel the association to [name_u]Snow[/name_u] White would be endless and annoying. But as a middle I love it :purple_heart:

I adore it! I think I’d only be brave enough to use it as a middle, or as a nickname for a name meaning snow

Not for me! I love word names and short names, I just don’t love the vibe of [name_u]Snow[/name_u] as a name

It’s not for me and I honestly don’t think it works very well as a first name (sorry!) but I can see it being a lovely middle. First combo that comes to mind for some reason is [name_f]Veronica[/name_f] [name_u]Snow[/name_u].

I really [name_u]Snow[/name_u] as a middle name with something classic like [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] or [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]. I honestly think [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] [name_u]Snow[/name_u] is so beautiful but as a first name I’m not keen I think there’s far to much teasing potential for the name to be used upfront. I would use a name that means snow like [name_f]Nieve[/name_f].

I love it! it’s sweet and yet strong. [name_u]Nature[/name_u] is all the rage why can’t [name_u]Snow[/name_u] work. Personally I’m such a fan of the Welsh snow options that I probably wouldn’t ever use it because I’m much more likely to go for Eirwen, [name_f]Eira[/name_f] or [name_f]Eirlys[/name_f] but I do really like [name_u]Snow[/name_u].

I can’t visualize someone saying ‘Hi Snow!’ to me but I think it would be nice as a middle. I do like [name_f]Lumi[/name_f] in the first name spot, which means snow though.

It usually would be too out there for me, but I actually think it’s quite beautiful. I would loved to be named [name_u]Snow[/name_u], although when you’re a really little kid it might be annoying because people would constantly mention [name_u]Snow[/name_u] White. I think I would 100% use it as a middle name! I prefer it for a girl, but it’s nice on a boy too.

I want to love it, but I waver back and forth on whether it feels sparkly and bright, or maybe just a bit cold. I’d definitely be excited to meet someone with [name_u]Snow[/name_u] as their middle name, though! :yellow_heart:

I agree with @dandy_orchid that I’d love to meet a [name_u]Snow[/name_u] (especially as a middle)! [name_m]Ive[/name_m] seen some gorgeous combos featuring [name_u]Snow[/name_u] here on NB, though it’s not a personal favorite of mine! I can’t figure out what’s it is about [name_u]Snow[/name_u] that just doesn’t excite me, but I can easily appreciate it for someone else. :relaxed:

I think that it’s a bit odd for a fn. Maybe for a mn it sounds okay sometimes. Also, I just really dislike cold weather & winter in general…so I tend to prefer more summery names. :grin:

I don’t like it as a first name. I automatically think of [name_u]Snow[/name_u] White. It could work as a middle name, but I’m not a fan of it.
