I personally don’t care for it because I consider it a dad name (does anyone else have the same experience? Maybe it’s just me).

I dated a [name_u]Wade[/name_u] for 8 years and he was a tool. Other than that I think it is ok. Nothing exciting.

As you can see, I’m getting many images for [name_u]Wade[/name_u].

i do think it sounds a bit dated. All the [name_u]Wade[/name_u]'s I know where born in the 80’s or earlier.

[name_u]Love[/name_u] it, it’s a real cowboy name.

I really like this name. I don’t get a dated association because I don’t know anyone by the name. [name_m]Wayne[/name_m] for me is very dated, while [name_u]Wade[/name_u] feels fresher.

I like the association with water, having grown up spending a great deal of time in the sea, and also the cowboy feel. :slight_smile:

One major public figure in my local school system has this name. Due to the fact he gives us snow days, we like him and his name. Besides my personal association, I think [name_u]Wade[/name_u] has southern charm to it, it’s serious but has a fun side to it, it simple and strong. I like it.

Really like [name_u]Wade[/name_u], has southern charm, surfer, cowboy feel, and I know a successful businessman [name_u]Wade[/name_u] so my associations are all positive. I like the nature feel of the name too which gives it new life and makes it feel more current
