Sweet. It used to be on my list but was overused where I’m from (along with other floral / vintage names such as [name_f]Lily[/name_f], [name_u]Ruby[/name_u], [name_f]Millie[/name_f] etc) and there are a lot of girls of a particular age with this name. I do still really like it though and its popularity waned somewhat but I feel like because it has vintage it won’t date badly.

i’ve recently come around to daisy, and i love how sweet and light it is. however, it’s one of the most popular names in my age group, so i’m a little disenchanted with it.

i think daisy is really sweet but like @rosepip it’s pretty common in my age group and i have a few close friends with the name so it doesn’t really excite me x

I personally think it sounds very juvenile and would want a more serious name myself. It also kinda makes me think of an energetic puppy (not that that’s a bad association, just not one I’d want with a name).

I like it a lot and I think it’s vibrant, but it does sound slightly twee to me sometimes. I find it very happy, though, and who wouldn’t want that? :blossom:

I’ve never met a [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] in real life so it feels quite fresh to me! A little cutesy, maybe, but I love floral names. I like it best as a nickname or [name_f]Margaret[/name_f] or [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] or something like that.
