[name_f]My[/name_f] first thought is the pig from [name_m]Garfield[/name_m] and friends. Lol
It’s a nice name though with a cute meaning.

I like the meaning and the fact [name_f]Ginevra[/name_f] calls [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_m]Orson[/name_m] (well, Ourson) in [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] Brontë’s [name_f]Villette[/name_f]. It’s a pretty cool name

I really like it! I’m not a huge fan of O names in general, but [name_m]Orson[/name_m] has been majorly growing on me lately and I’d love to see someone use it :slight_smile:

It’s on my list, so I do enjoy this name! I like the meaning “bear cub” a lot. I also like the scifi connection with [name_m]Orson[/name_m] [name_u]Scott[/name_u] [name_m]Card[/name_m] (but he has some controversy political opinions, unfortunately).

I’m not sure if I would use it. Maybe if I had a partner who was in love with the name, then I’d be open to it.

Overall, I consider it a 6/10 :blush:

I associate it with [name_m]Orson[/name_m] [name_m]Welles[/name_m] too much to like it on a kid.

I think it’s great! Old school cool, with a rugged yet refined sound and adorable meaning. One of the few -son ending names I like (Samson is another love) — interestingly, neither actually derives from “son of”, unlike most -son names. I wonder if that has anything to do with it :thinking:
