[name_u]Bowie[/name_u]: 4/10 - It’s a nice name but I prefer it on a boy.
[name_f]Luna[/name_f]: 9/10 - It’s a really lovely name and I love the nature connection!
[name_u]Nova[/name_u]: 7/10 - It’s a nice name, but it’s not for me.
[name_f]Poppy[/name_f]: 8/10 - I love how it’s a floral and feminine name, but isn’t over-used or popular!
[name_f]Lucy[/name_f]: 10/10 - I love this name! It’s classic and feminine but not overly frilly.
[name_f]Lulu[/name_f]: 10/10 - It’s a very nickname-like and cutesy name, in a good way!
[name_u]Scout[/name_u]: 8/10 - I prefer this as a nickname or as a middle.

Scout and [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] are so sweet and spunky! I really like the enchanting feel of [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] and [name_f]Luna[/name_f]. I prefer [name_f]Lulu[/name_f] as a nickname (and prefer [name_f]Lula[/name_f] generally), and not a fan of [name_u]Nova[/name_u] and [name_u]Bowie[/name_u].

Love [name_f]Ivy[/name_f], [name_u]Nova[/name_u], [name_f]Poppy[/name_f], and [name_f]Lucy[/name_f]! [name_u]Bowie[/name_u] feels a little more masculine to me, and [name_f]Luna[/name_f] is too common for my taste. [name_f]Lulu[/name_f] and [name_u]Scout[/name_u] are cute nicknames, but I would go for something more formal as first names.

Ivy - I love this name. She’s short, sweet, and spunky, but also manages to have a classic vibe. She would be equally at home at a prim [name_f]English[/name_f] garden party and a free-wheeling bohemian music festival. The nature connection sparks joy.
Bowie - Hard pass, for me personally. Given the context of the rest of your list, I imagine this is a [name_m]David[/name_m] [name_u]Bowie[/name_u] homage, but I just think ridiculous hairbows and fighting blades.
Luna - I love this. She has such a dreamy, soft, whimsical vibe, very gentle and ethereal, and the celestial connection is lovely.
Nova - Another celestial beauty! I like the connotation of something brand-new, and as a total nerd, she also reminds me of PBS science programming when I was a child, and the associated sense of wonder and discovery of learning new things about the universe.
Poppy - I find this adorable, very sassy and spunky, like a perpetually irrepressible summer child.
Lucy - One of my favorite classic names. Sweet and romantic, but with a bit of flounce to her, and scores of wonderful literary references - my favorite being [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_u]Pevensie[/name_u] from the Chronicles of [name_f]Narnia[/name_f] series. I tend to prefer this as a nickname for something longer and more voluminous, like [name_f]Lucia[/name_f] or [name_f]Melusine[/name_f], but looking at the rest of your list, I don’t think that’s your style.
Lulu - I personally don’t care for this one. It seems like purely a nickname, too insubstantial to stand on its own. For some reason, I always have imagery from this very bizarre cartoon I saw as a child about a world of personified sweets in which the dastardly Devil’s food cake kidnapped the delicate angel food cake - in my mind, her name is [name_f]Lulu[/name_f], though I have no idea if it was actually mentioned in the cartoon! Weirdness aside, I think you could use this as a nickname for [name_f]Lucy[/name_f], if you like. But as a standalone, I don’t think she is as strong as others on your list.
Scout - Aside from [name_u]Bowie[/name_u], this is the least feminine option on your list, but it fits right in with your spunky, boho vibes. I think she could make a great unisex first name, or be an equally good middle for one of your more femme choices.

Nova - 4/10 it’s ok but I dislike the idea of naming your child ‘new’ because they will (hopefully) grow old eventually and then that’s a bit weird.
Poppy - 7/10 i like [name_f]Poppy[/name_f], slight downside is that it is close to poppit, but I love the flower, love the name.
Lucy - 7/10 again pretty, i love the meaning, and it’s a nice classic
Lulu - 5/10 on it’s own, i prefer it as nn for [name_f]Louisa[/name_f], [name_f]Luella[/name_f], [name_f]Lucy[/name_f], [name_f]Luna[/name_f] etc.
Scout - 0/10 i’m not a fan of this as a name at all, but it’s definitely masculine to me
