I’ve always loved the name [name]Margo[/name]. What do you think of it? What kind of woman do you picture when you hear it?
I think the name [name]Margo[/name] is lovely.
I used to work with a [name]Margo[/name] and she was one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet.
You know how some names have a mean, old lady vibe to them, this is DEFINITELY NOT one of them. And its not used a whole lot which makes it all the more appealing in my opinion.
I really like it. My favorite spelling is [name]Margot[/name], though. It’s got the -o ending, but still is feminine and doesn’t seem like it’s “trying too hard.”
There’s also the [name]Margot[/name] Fontaine connection.
I think [name]Margo[/name]/[name]Margot[/name] is a great name. I think it fits into the trends in a way. It is a classic name like [name]Alice[/name], [name]Grace[/name]. It has been names like that, that have been garnering more popularity. I think the great thing about the name [name]Margo[/name]/[name]Margot[/name] is that it really has never been over popular. [name]Margo[/name] hasn’t been on the charts since the 80’s and [name]Margot[/name] hasn’t been on the charts since the 60’s. Like I said I think it does fit into the trends, I really think this will give you a name that has that classic feel to it without having to choose an overused conventional name. I think there is such a subtle femininity to this name – you know what I mean?
I like it too, and for using it I say why not?
I love [name]Margo[/name]. It is vintage and feminine but at the same time unique and spunky. It fits in perfectly with the popular Eleanors and Alices of today. Plus, the more conventional nn [name]Maggie[/name] is always an option.
lovely! prefer [name]Margot[/name] or [name]Margaux[/name] though…
I like the spelling of [name]Margot[/name] best - it will age better. But [name]Margo[/name] could be a nn, best of both worlds.
It’s really sweet, although I prefer it spelt [name]Margot[/name].
I think of an artist or a musician, slightly edgy with european roots.
I like it
I love [name]Margo[/name]! We are planning on using it, but spelling it “[name]Margot[/name]”. Most people associate that name with the “t” ending, and I think that it looks more mature. We are struggling with a mn though. Any thoughts?
[name]Hi[/name]!
Oh, I totally love [name]Margo[/name]! I think it’s elegant and down-to-earth at the same time, and I know of three incredibly sweet Margos, which makes me love the name even more. When I hear “[name]Margo[/name],” I think of a kind, elegant, and warm child/woman.
[name]Just[/name] for fun:
[name]Margo[/name] [name]Amelia[/name]
[name]Margo[/name] [name]Beatrice[/name]
[name]Margo[/name] [name]Eliza[/name]/[name]Elizabeth[/name]
[name]Margo[/name] [name]Genevieve[/name]
[name]Margo[/name] [name]Jessamine[/name]
[name]Margo[/name] [name]Louisa[/name]
[name]Margo[/name] [name]Madeleine[/name]
[name]Margo[/name] [name]Vivienne[/name]
Take care!
I can totally see the appeal, but here’s what I don’t like, and I admit it’s silly: whenever I hear this name, I imagine calling out “[name]Margot[/name]” in the playground and all the kids turning around and saying “polo.”
I also dislike nn [name]Marge[/name], though I’m sure you can easily avoid that.
I love [name]Margo[/name]. I think of someone chic and classy
