[name_f]Do[/name_f] you like the name [name_u]Reese[/name_u] for a girl. Suggestions welcome.
Thanks
No, I don’t like it for either gender or sex. It’s a mix of not liking that my first thought is the peanut butter cups and also just not liking the sound.
I think it’s cute. Reminds me of course of [name_u]Reese[/name_u] Witherspoon. I think it suits a girl more these days because there are far more girls named [name_u]Reese[/name_u] than boys named [name_u]Reese[/name_u]/[name_u]Reece[/name_u]/[name_u]Rhys[/name_u].
[name_u]Reese[/name_u] Witherspoon is great… So I like it.
It’s cute and spunky.
I think it’s cute in the middle. It’s too masculine for my tastes as a first name.
It’s my nickname, what I’m called by everyone outside of work. I’m sure my parents didn’t think about it (as nicknames go, it’s one of laziness more than intention), but I never considered it to be too masculine and I’m pretty girly. Plus now there’s [name_u]Reese[/name_u] Witherspoon so it’s not at all unfamiliar.
It might feel a bit dated to me, but that’s probably because I’m a bit dated.
Thanks ladies!!!
Anyone else?
I like it. I think it’s really cute for a little girl
I think its cute. Quite common where I’m from though if that matters
No offense to the person who said she is called [name_u]Reese[/name_u] but it feels like a trendy name that will feel dated in a few years. [name_u]Avery[/name_u], [name_u]Reese[/name_u], [name_u]Piper[/name_u], [name_u]Harper[/name_u], etc. I do see the appeal in these names though, and even think they are cute, but they are just really not my style and not at all timeless. If I knew an older teen or adult with this name I would think it was adorable but if I met a little girl with this name…I would feel like they were copying [name_u]Reese[/name_u] Witherspoon. I know several little girls with this name.
I actually prefer it on a girl, think it’s sweet and spunky. Not sure why, but I prefer the spelling [name_u]Reece[/name_u].
It’s not my style but it is nice. Also it does feel more girly to me.
It’s okay.
