WhAt do you think of the name Caressa?

What do you think of the name [name]Caressa[/name]? I just heard it for the first time today and there was something about it that really got me stuck on it! I think cress/ cressy is a cute nn! Any other nn or variations of this name… Have you heard it before?

I can see the appeal, I like the similar [name]Carissa[/name] a lot more.

I just see the word caress… So, not a fan. [name]Carissa[/name], on the other hand, is lovely.

I think it’s very pretty, however my initial thought was also “caress her”. Not the worst, but likely to lead to a lot of teasing at school. Definitely something to consider. Could be a really lovely middle though

I would die if I my name were [name]Caressa[/name]. I can’t even imagine high school.
I agree [name]Carissa[/name] is much better, or [name]Clarissa[/name].

Thanks guys! Yes perhaps in a middle spot would be better… It just really appeals to me in a strange way in a way that [name]Clarissa[/name] or [name]Carissa[/name] don’t!
