[name]Hi[/name] guys!!
I have a two year old little boy named [name]Jameson[/name] and am expecting boy #2 in [name]December[/name]. I am having a lot of trouble deciding on a name. Also, I tried asking friends and family and I don’t really have the same taste as them in names, so it ended up hurting my feelings. I thought I would be safer asking people I don’t know! So…here are my picks-
1.Greysen (this was the one we both liked and agreed on, but I just don’t think it goes well with [name]Jameson[/name]- it seems too matchy and similar, am I wrong?)
2.[name]Jagger[/name] (this was my favorite name, but it seems I am the only one who likes it- my husband doesn’t hate it but thinks it sounds as if it is trying too hard)
3.[name]Beau[/name]
4.[name]Remy[/name]
5.[name]Bennet[/name]
6.[name]Adrian[/name]
7.[name]Wilson[/name]
Any advice is appreciated and if you have any other ideas just let me know. Thanks!!
My top 3 would be:
[name]Jameson[/name] & [name]Bennett[/name]
[name]Jameson[/name] & [name]Beau[/name]
[name]Jameson[/name] & [name]Wilson[/name]
I love [name]Bennett[/name], it’s so masculine and sophisticated and brings a feeling of class to [name]Jameson[/name], which may sometimes be considered common. They’re also not too similar, and just have a nice flow together.
I really like the deep South feel to the [name]Jameson[/name] and [name]Beau[/name] sibset, and I love [name]Beau[/name] so much at the moment. It’s absolutely gorgeous, and I like how they fit together even though they’re so different.
While I don’t normally like similar names, I think [name]Jameson[/name] and [name]Wilson[/name] could be really cute together. [name]Wilson[/name]'s an adorable alternative to the popular [name]William[/name] as well (which is a favourite of mine).
I’d avoid [name]Jameson[/name] and Greysen, they definitely sound too similar. [name]Both[/name] end in the “son” sound and have strong “ay” sounds at the beginning. I also agree that [name]Jagger[/name] sounds a little try-hard and it seems again too similar to [name]Jameson[/name] for me.
Some others you might like: [name]Jameson[/name] and [name]Lincoln[/name], [name]Jameson[/name] and [name]Nathaniel[/name], [name]Jameson[/name] and [name]Noah[/name], [name]Jameson[/name] and [name]Sawyer[/name], [name]Jameson[/name] and [name]William[/name].
Thanks for your advice. I agree with you, [name]Beau[/name] and [name]Bennet[/name] are my top 2 picks. (Not my husbands, though. Unfortunately. ) I also like [name]Sawyer[/name] and had considered it, but I just don’t love it like some of the others. Thank you!
I agree with pp’s. I like [name]Bennett[/name] and [name]Jameson[/name]. Something about the two together is just so darling. Maybe it’s because they can also both be used as last names?
I also quite like [name]Sawyer[/name]!
Some others you may like:
[name]Gibson[/name]
[name]Jack[/name]
[name]Lachlan[/name]
[name]Garrett[/name]
[name]Gavin[/name]
[name]Gideon[/name]
[name]Austen[/name]
[name]Samson[/name]
I don’t mind the matching ‘son’ endings, but the double whammy with matching ‘a’ sounds and ‘son’ sounds so I wouldn’t go with greysen despite liking the name.
[name]Hope[/name] this helps!
A friend of a my friend just had her 3rd son and named him [name]Jameson[/name]! and he has two older brother’s, [name]Bennett[/name] and [name]Wyatt[/name]! I love [name]Bennett[/name]. I have two boys, [name]Nolan[/name] and [name]Wyatt[/name] and preggo with boy #3. I wish I could use [name]Jameson[/name], but our last name ends in -son.
What about…
[name]Jameson[/name] and [name]Cruz[/name]? That sounds cool, but not sure if it’s your style.
Out of your choices I like: [name]Jameson[/name] and [name]Bennett[/name]
Thank you! Looks like [name]Bennett[/name] is really leading. That’s so funny I love the name [name]Wyatt[/name], too, but my husbands cousin just took that for his son. [name]Cruz[/name] can be a cool name on the right kid, but I could never do a name so famously associated with a celebrity ([name]Cruz[/name], [name]Maddox[/name], [name]Shiloh[/name], etc…) Thanks again for the input!!
