Personally, I’d name her [name]Tiger[/name] [name]Lily[/name] MN. No hyphen to clutter the name, and not one word, as that looks bunched to me. What do you think of [name]Tiger[/name] [name]Lily[/name]? [name]Tilly[/name] is cute, by the way…
I’d go with a very simple, not too feminine middle name. What length is good with your last name?
I think [name]Tiger[/name] [name]Lily[/name] [name]Anneliese[/name], [name]Tiger[/name] [name]Lily[/name] [name]Marguerite[/name], and [name]Tiger[/name] [name]Lily[/name] [name]Tallulah[/name] are all very pretty! [name]How[/name] wonderful that [name]Tiger[/name] [name]Lily[/name] [name]Marguerite[/name] would honor family - my favorite of the three!
[name]Tiger[/name] [name]Lily[/name] [name]Tallulah[/name] repeats a lot of L and T sounds, actually, but it doesn’t overwhelm me. If you have a T last name (e.g., [name]Tiger[/name] [name]Lily[/name] [name]Tallulah[/name] [name]Tate[/name]), it might even work still, and [name]Tilly[/name] [name]Tate[/name] is nice, but I don’t think the T and L are too much, personally.

PS My grandma calls me [name]LuLu[/name] - never makes me think of a stripper, personally…
