Please let me know what your favorite names are on my list, as well as your least favorite. Also any negatives about the names (ex. mispronunciation, bad connotations)
I love [name_f]Amelia[/name_f], [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f], [name_f]Elle[/name_f], [name_f]Madeleine[/name_f], [name_u]Avery[/name_u] and [name_f]Serena[/name_f]!
I like a lot of your names! My favourites: [name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f], [name_f]Audrey[/name_f], [name_f]Maren[/name_f], [name_f]Amelia[/name_f], [name_f]Caroline[/name_f], [name_f]Adeline[/name_f], [name_f]Estelle[/name_f]
If I had to pick one, it would be either [name_f]Estelle[/name_f] or [name_f]Caroline[/name_f].
The only ones I really dislike are [name_f]Bree[/name_f] (seems insubstantial and makes me think of cheese) and [name_f]Celia[/name_f] (which gets a lot of love here, but I just see “celiac” unfortunately).
My goodness, so many nice names
I think my favorites are [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f], [name_u]Wren[/name_u], [name_f]Stella[/name_f], and [name_f]Gwen[/name_f] (I prefer [name_f]Gwen[/name_f] as a nickname for [name_f]Guinevere[/name_f], personally, but it could be cute on its own too)
My least favorites would be [name_f]Claudia[/name_f] and [name_f]Beth[/name_f].
My favorites are [name_u]Bryn[/name_u] (prefer this spelling), [name_f]Stella[/name_f], [name_f]Bree[/name_f], [name_f]Madeleine[/name_f], [name_u]Wren[/name_u], [name_f]Elle[/name_f], [name_f]Adeline[/name_f], [name_f]Lilia[/name_f], and [name_u]Sierra[/name_u]. My least favorites are [name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f], [name_f]Gwen[/name_f], [name_u]Gwynn[/name_u], [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f], and [name_f]Estelle[/name_f].
[name_f]Brynn[/name_f] - Because of my own preference; I can’t stand girls names with B’s
[name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f]/[name_f]Gwen[/name_f] - Too harsh somehow/[name_m]Don[/name_m]'t like the sound
[name_f]Claudia[/name_f] - Also too harsh, but it’s pretty too in a way
[name_f]Beth[/name_f] - Never liked it, but I don’t really know why
[name_f]Marilee[/name_f] - I don’t like [name_u]Lee[/name_u] in names, but to be fair I love [name_f]Mary[/name_f] (so pretty!)
I can’t think of any bad associations that haven’t been mentioned.
[name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f], melina, and acacia are my favorites. [name_f]Monica[/name_f] is my least favorite. No real neg conotations and all are easy to pronounce
I really like most of your names. My favorites are [name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f], [name_f]Amelia[/name_f], & [name_f]Adeline[/name_f]. [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] is on my own list. I would love to use [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] and [name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f], but I can’t; so I’d love to see others use them. My least favorite would be [name_f]Olive[/name_f]. It is a food. You would be naming your kid a food. And it is really trendy since celebs have been using it (I believe it was [name_u]Drew[/name_u] Barrymore).
[name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f] (my name)
[name_f]Gwen[/name_f] (also my name)
[name_f]Marin[/name_f]
[name_f]Maren[/name_f]
[name_f]Lilia[/name_f]
I dislike:
[name_f]Brynn[/name_f] - Eh. Somehow manages to feel trendy yet bland.
[name_u]Gwynn[/name_u] - In Welsh names, the y sound is masculine.
[name_f]Bree[/name_f]
[name_u]Aubrey[/name_u]
[name_f]Scarlett[/name_f]
[name_f]Beth[/name_f] - My middle name, which I’ve always loathed
[name_f]Melina[/name_f] - I’ve got nothing against it, but since you asked for negative connotations: you may want to google “melena” before you use this one
[name_u]Avery[/name_u]
[name_u]Sierra[/name_u] - Makes me think of trailer parks for some reason.
My favorite from your list is [name_f]Celia[/name_f] (so sleek and feminine and timeless!) closely followed by [name_f]Lilia[/name_f].
[name_f]Celia[/name_f]- a beautiful, underused name. [name_f]Love[/name_f].
[name_f]Brynn[/name_f]- sounds a little harsh to me(a little like [name_u]Blair[/name_u]) and also nickname-y
[name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f]- not my cup of tea.
[name_f]Gwen[/name_f]- I like this more than [name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f] and [name_u]Gwynn[/name_u], but still not my favorite.
[name_u]Gwynn[/name_u]- like this as a possible middle name (?)
[name_f]Stella[/name_f]- a very pretty name. Keep in mind that it is on the rise in popularity
[name_f]Bree[/name_f]- nickname-y as others have said before me.
[name_f]Audrey[/name_f]- classy and elegant. Prefer this over [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u].
[name_u]Aubrey[/name_u]- in my opinion, a “trendy” version of [name_f]Audrey[/name_f]
[name_f]Marin[/name_f]- might be mispronounced
[name_f]Maren[/name_f]- same as above
[name_f]Madeleine[/name_f]- beautiful yet very common
[name_f]Monica[/name_f]- has a very 80s/90s feel to me
[name_f]Claudia[/name_f]- love.
[name_f]Amelia[/name_f]- pretty but popular
[name_f]Caroline[/name_f]- love, but too popular for me.
[name_f]Scarlett[/name_f]- very elegant
[name_u]Wren[/name_u]- not my cup of tea
[name_f]Elle[/name_f]- prefer as a nickname
[name_f]Leah[/name_f]- very pretty
[name_f]Adeline[/name_f]- I really want to love this, but it just looks like [name_f]Madeline[/name_f] without the ‘m’
[name_f]Olive[/name_f]- dislike
[name_f]Beth[/name_f]- prefer as a nickname. [name_f]Bethany[/name_f] is pretty
[name_f]Estelle[/name_f]- not my cup of tea
[name_f]Serena[/name_f]- love that the word ‘serene’ is in it
[name_f]Lilia[/name_f]- love, love, love. If I ever have a daughter, this will be her name
[name_f]Melina[/name_f]- pretty but a little boring
[name_f]Acacia[/name_f]- really like it, but it can sound harsh
[name_u]Avery[/name_u]- not a fan
[name_f]Marilee[/name_f]- is okay
[name_u]Sierra[/name_u]- a little boring
[name_f]Gwen[/name_f], [name_f]Stella[/name_f], [name_f]Claudia[/name_f] and [name_f]Leah[/name_f] - all brilliant.
Except the meanings of [name_f]Claudia[/name_f] and [name_f]Leah[/name_f] aren’t awesome, if you are into meaning…
I like [name_f]Celia[/name_f], [name_f]Stella[/name_f], [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f], [name_f]Madeleine[/name_f], [name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f], [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] and [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] =)
I don’t like [name_f]Bree[/name_f] ('cause all I can think of is cheese), and [name_f]Elle[/name_f] because it just means ‘she’ in [name_m]French[/name_m].
My favorites are [name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f], [name_f]Maren[/name_f], [name_f]Amelia[/name_f], [name_f]Adeline[/name_f], [name_f]Olive[/name_f] & [name_f]Lilia[/name_f]. If I had to pick one favorite it’d be [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] (add-uh-line). My least favorites are [name_f]Bree[/name_f] (too nicknamey) and [name_f]Melina[/name_f] because it reminds me of the word melena.
The only name I could see being problematic is [name_f]Monica[/name_f], due to [name_f]Monica[/name_f] Lewinsky, but if you don’t live in the US that’s not an issue.
[name_f]Celia[/name_f]
[name_u]Bryn[/name_u] (one N and as a nickname, not a big fan of nicknamey names)
[name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f]
[name_f]Gwen[/name_f] and [name_u]Gwynn[/name_u] (as nicknames for [name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f] or [name_f]Gwyneth[/name_f])
[name_f]Bree[/name_f] (as a nickname for [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u] or [name_f]Sabrina[/name_f])
[name_f]Audrey[/name_f]
[name_u]Aubrey[/name_u]
[name_f]Amelia[/name_f]
[name_f]Caroline[/name_f]
[name_u]Wren[/name_u]
[name_f]Elle[/name_f]
[name_f]Olive[/name_f]
[name_f]Serena[/name_f]
