I think we have settled on [name_f]Ada[/name_f] for our baby girl. What kind of impression do you get from the name? [name_f]Honesty[/name_f] is appreciated
When I hear [name_f]Ada[/name_f] I think of the ant [name_f]Princess[/name_f] Atta from A Bug’s Life. Not a bad thing! I picture an [name_f]Ada[/name_f] to be a very smart kinda cautious girl. She’s very sweet and friendly once you get to know her. I see her having brown hair. She is very outgoing when she’s younger but becomes a bit shy as she grows.
I see [name_f]Ada[/name_f] wearing sweet little dresses, being polite and well spoken.
She has a curious nature and loves exploring the world around her.
I’ve never met anyone named [name_f]Ada[/name_f], so my impression is only what I hope, I guess.
My boys would have been [name_f]Ada[/name_f] if they were girls. I love the name. I think she is fun-loving and capable cute as a button and sweet tempered. [name_m]Just[/name_m] hope she doesn’t get mistaken for [name_f]Ava[/name_f] every time she says her name…
I love [name_f]Ada[/name_f]! I picture a sweet, smart, polite, little girl who is a little shy, and kind to everyone.
[name_f]Ada[/name_f] makes me think of a southern belle like that movie cold mountain
It makes me think of a bookish little girl. Smart and sweet. We are expecting a little girl soon and are considering [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] and calling her [name_f]Ada[/name_f]. Beware that this may be the new alternative to a lot of those popular [name_m]Ad[/name_m]- names out there currently using [name_f]Addy[/name_f] as the nn…such as [name_u]Addison[/name_u] [name_f]Adelynn[/name_f] [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] etc.
I picture a little girl with dark ringlet curls, lace ribbons in her hair and sweet dresses on. She’d have a fair complexion and brown or blue eyes under long lashes. She’d be kind of bookish and reserved. Sweet, but passionate.
Sorry but [name_f]ADA[/name_f] is very old hat sounding to me. It conjures up pictures of a middle age woman to me. I prefer [name_f]Anita[/name_f], [name_f]Abigail[/name_f], [name_f]Amy[/name_f], [name_f]Alise[/name_f], [name_f]Alexia[/name_f], [name_f]April[/name_f] or [name_f]Alana[/name_f]
I adore the name [name_f]Ada[/name_f], it’s one of my top 3 girls names if we ever have a little girl. I have always pictured a kind, adventurous, bubbly little girl who likes to turn cartwheels and run outside.
I love [name_f]Ada[/name_f]! I think of a sweet, happy, fun, and energetic girl.
