Not sure I’ve really discovered anything new lately, maybe [name_f]Talvi[/name_f]? [name_f][/name_f] I went hunting for Tali/Tally names. [name_f][/name_f] Although it’s related to Talvikki which I was familiar with so I’m not sure how truly new it is, but still, I am liking it! [name_f][/name_f] I’m a sucker for a good Finnish name, though.

It’s not really that recent, either, but on my top 25 posts I had this past summer, someone listed [name_f]Rosenwyn[/name_f] as one of their top 25 names and she’s been living rent free in my head for a while.

Priscillian[name_f][/name_f] – a masculine form of [name_f]Priscilla[/name_f]. It was the name of famous 4th century bishop. Priscillus[name_f][/name_f] and Priscillianus[name_f][/name_f] are other related ancient masculine forms I just discovered.

I love finding masculine names derived from feminine ones, since the other way around is so much more common!
