[name_m]Miles[/name_m] definitely stood out to me. It fits your criteria and sounds great with the sibset. Good luck.
[name_m]Miles[/name_m] [name_m]Benedict[/name_m] fits your criteria best, I think. [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] is SOMETIMES used as a girls’ name, and it could take off (though unlikely). [name_u]Cairo[/name_u] is a little outlandish compared to the other names on your list. [name_m]Silas[/name_m] could be shortened to [name_u]Si[/name_u]. [name_m]Leo[/name_m] shares an initial with [name_f]Lucy[/name_f]. [name_m]Miles[/name_m] doesn’t have any of these problems.
I like [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] best, especially since it fits with the 4-letter first name thing you have going on with all of your daughters. But I think it’s too close to [name_f]Isla[/name_f]. [name_u]Cairo[/name_u] I’m not a fan of and it seems out of place. [name_m]Leo[/name_m], [name_m]Silas[/name_m], and [name_m]Miles[/name_m] are my preferences (in that order) and would all be lovely and fit in well. I voted for [name_m]Leo[/name_m], even though I’d prefer [name_m]Leo[/name_m] [name_m]Palmer[/name_m] over [name_m]Leo[/name_m] [name_u]Denali[/name_u].
One thing to consider is that all those names except for [name_u]Cairo[/name_u] are top-100ish, which you said you didn’t want. I really wouldn’t worry about popularity in itself - they’re all around #90-130 or so, and at that level they’re not likely to have a bunch of classmates with those names - but I do think of them as sort of trendy, meaning they’ve shot up from obscurity to relative popularity in just a few years. That can mean they’ll sound dated in a few years. Here are a few other suggestions that are four letters and are less popular/seem less trendy to me:
[name_m]Hart[/name_m]
[name_m]Abel[/name_m]
[name_u]Rhys[/name_u]
[name_u]Noel[/name_u]
[name_u]Arlo[/name_u]
[name_m]Hugo[/name_m]
[name_u]Jude[/name_u]
[name_u]Luca[/name_u]
[name_m]Saul[/name_m]
[name_u]Toby[/name_u]
[name_u]Cade[/name_u]
[name_u]Tate[/name_u]
[name_m]Leo[/name_m] [name_u]Denali[/name_u], especially following [name_u]Romy[/name_u] [name_f]Azul[/name_f]. [name_u]Love[/name_u] it.
This is exactly why we need outside opinions lol, we really didn’t want sharing initials, both of us said something was up with [name_m]Leo[/name_m] but we couldnt put our finger on it, this is as we are sitting with our daughter [name_f]Lucy[/name_f], LOL!!! does pregnancy brain affect mom and dad?!
[name_u]Cairo[/name_u] my husband likes but I said “isn’t it just, like, ONE notch too much?!”
you are ALSO right about [name_m]SILAS[/name_m] !!! that one slipped right past me, THANK YOU!!!
[name_m]Ezra[/name_m] is my favorite but I also know you are right about the rare girl being named [name_m]Ezra[/name_m]… tough choice.
[name_m]Miles[/name_m] is my favorite followed by [name_m]Ezra[/name_m].
[name_m]Ezra[/name_m] is my top choice, though I did think [name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] were a little similar. [name_f]Do[/name_f] you think it changes things that they will be 16 almost 17 years apart from each other? The only sibling he would ever be in school with is [name_u]Romy[/name_u]
I was trying to avoid most of the top 100 but I think I could let 90ish slide I am not too worried about their names sounding dated, i would much rather my child be the only one with that name in their class. My two year old is [name_u]Romy[/name_u], a name that was popular where i live when i had my 16 year old, LOL! If my 5 year old [name_f]Kate[/name_f] were born 20 years ago she might be sharing he name, shes the only [name_f]Kate[/name_f] in her entire school!
[name_m]Miles[/name_m] or [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] for sure!! Those are too perfect. But I gotta say, I think [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] is the name for you.
[name_m]Miles[/name_m] followed by [name_m]Ezra[/name_m]. [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] is a very handsome combo. Personally I am not fond of [name_m]Benedict[/name_m] ([name_m]Benedict[/name_m] [name_m]Arnold[/name_m]), [name_m]Miles[/name_m] [name_m]Bennett[/name_m] would by my preference.
I think it’s really up to you - I was just noting that you said you didn’t want any siblings to even share initials, so thought having two siblings with very similiar-sounding names would bother you! If it doesn’t, I think [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] is perfect. It’s a super handsome name, and it would be a shame to forgo the name you really want just because of your oldest child’s name. Plus, I really like that it has four letters to fit in with his sisters.
