I would be mad too.
This isn’t your fault, but ordinarily now, due to the popularity of social media, I always make sure when I tell people baby news ( like I did with my second) that nothing was to be posted on social media until I say it’s ok. And because I told people that they respected my wishes.
I guess not much can be done now. She sounded like she was just really excited. Tell her to remove the post and just explain why it upset you. I’m sure she will totally understand.

I am sure you are very disappointed. I had that with my mother when my first baby was born. It is usually just excitement, but some people do want to hog the attention. Best thing is not to announce until you are totally ready and to learn from the experience. Sometimes during a lifetime, any of us could accidentally betray a confidence. Best thing is to forgive, and just mention you wanted to announce, and you wanted to announce your own happy news. Please don’t do it again.
