Ok, so this is just fantasizing, but fantasy is fun right? I’ve always thought I’d someday have a son, then a daughter, then twin girls (twins run in my family and they tend to come with the third pregnancy). I have my son, [name_m]Benton[/name_m] [name_m]Grover[/name_m], and my daughter, [name_f]Arwen[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f], and my husband and I would like to try for another pregnancy around this time next year. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for my twins!
So, looking to the possible future, what would you name my twins based on the following criteria and thoughts? I’m getting kind of bored with looking at my lists, so I thought it’d be fun to see what you Berries come up with.
If one of the twins have a first name that ends with N, then they both have to have an N ending first name. My husband and I, as well as both of our kids, have N ending names. I wouldn’t want one of the twins getting left out.
I would prefer not to repeat the first initials B or A.
I also prefer for the twins not to share initials.
Our last name starts with the letters [name_m]MAN[/name_m], so take that into consideration. I love the name [name_f]Harriet[/name_f], but it’s a no because of the “hairy man” teasing possibility.
Names not in the top 1000 would be awesome for first names, but if I really love a more popular name, I’m not completely opposed. [name_f]Luna[/name_f], [name_f]Iris[/name_f], and [name_f]Rose[/name_f] are some of my favorite names and it does make me sad that they’re leaning towards popular.
If I had to define my naming style I would call it quirky/vintage with some fantasy thrown in. I love goddess names! I have a harder time defining my husband’s naming style. He either really likes it or he hates it, but he does tend to like the more vintage names. One of his favorites is [name_f]Temperance[/name_f]. We also both love a lot of nature names.

A combo I’ve been pondering is [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_f]Temperance[/name_f] and [name_f]Helen[/name_f] [name_f]Felicity[/name_f]. Thoughts? It would carry on the ends with N theme we accidentally started. [name_m]Both[/name_m] first names are kind of inadvertently inspired by my great grandmothers’ names, [name_f]Lena[/name_f] and [name_f]Emma[/name_f]. [name_m]Both[/name_m] middle names are virtue names. I just have to get the hubby on board with [name_f]Felicity[/name_f].
