I love the honour nickname [name_f]Lillie[/name_f] (instead of Billie), [name_f]Minnie[/name_f] and [name_f]Elma[/name_f].

I adore [name_f]Wilhelmina[/name_f] (especially spelled Willamina)! But I couldn’t get hubby on board with it. We settle on [name_f]Caledonia[/name_f], nickname [name_f]Callie[/name_f].

I think you’re on the right track with your list - [name_f]Wilhelmina[/name_f] is on the heavy / clunky side (whilst also managing to be whimsical - no mean feat), so I’d be going for a similarly longer length name to balance but also edging lighter in feel.

With this is mind I think [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] and [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] are pretty much perfect. [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] and [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] aren’t my taste but they also work really well. Not familiar with Emeliese but this would definitely also work in Germanic feel while providing a light counterpoint.
