A close second pick is [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u].
I like Ella, Emily, Lilia, Mia & Eliana the best - Eliana is pretty and less common. Emma and Sophie are a little too plain for me, and most of the others have been overused -so Isabella, Olivia and Sophia would be middle names did me, I think - or I would use different versions like Livia & Arabella.

I think they sound too similar in [name_f]English[/name_f] though because some people pronounce [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] almost as [name_f]Elivia[/name_f].
[name_f]Mila[/name_f] is the standout especially when referring to favourite European names. For me, the [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] and [name_f]Emmie[/name_f] names have been overused and there are so many longer versions that they have lost their lustre for me. If you wanted the European vibe it would be lost in all the options leading to these names/nicknames. There isn’t anything wrong with them otherwise and popularity may not bother you at all.
[name_f]Sophie[/name_f], [name_f]Emilia[/name_f], [name_f]Lilia[/name_f] work a lot. [name_f]Luna[/name_f], [name_f]Mila[/name_f], and [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] would also work for a family like yours.
They’re all beautiful names, you can’t really go wrong with any (though I would keep Ellie as a possible nickname for Eliana).

I love [name_f]Eliana[/name_f], [name_f]Emilia[/name_f], [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u], [name_f]Lilia[/name_f] and [name_f]Mila[/name_f]! They feel friendly and chic. The other names are also nice, but they don’t feel at all European to me, just a bit overused.
I think my favorites are [name_f]Emily[/name_f], [name_f]Sophie[/name_f], [name_f]Lia[/name_f], [name_f]Mila[/name_f], and [name_f]Emma[/name_f] in that order

I clearly absolutely love [name_f]Lilia[/name_f] of course I do, this is the name of my daughter and there were so many reasons as to why I love her which were personal to me. But more generic reasons behind my love for [name_f]Lilia[/name_f] consists of her bright floral connotations packed with springtime energy. Honestly [name_f]Lilia[/name_f] is such a perfect [name_f]Easter[/name_f] baby name. The fact that she is universal used across Europe, [name_f]Russia[/name_f], Middle [name_u]East[/name_u], [name_u]North[/name_u] and [name_u]East[/name_u] [name_f]Africa[/name_f] along with [name_u]Hawaii[/name_u] just adds to the appeal. She’s incredibly feminine. I also like the nickname [name_f]Lil[/name_f] for a vintage feel or even [name_f]Lily[/name_f] works.
I love [name_f]Lilia[/name_f] and would strongly recommend her.
