Hey Berries!
So recently I’ve started thinking about the name Whelan. It’s an Irish surname name (as popular as those are), and I think it has potential. It’s soft but substantial. What do you guys think? Like it, hate it…?

I prefer the spelling Whelan alot more than [name]Waylon[/name]. You will get some people who associate the name to the late country music singer [name]Waylon[/name] [name]Jennings[/name]. Mr [name]Jennings[/name] actual name was [name]Wayland[/name]. It does have a Southern or country feel to it but I do like it. Whelan sounds like a friendly, down-to-earth, approachable kind of name for a boy so it does have potential.
