I was wondering where you mommies buy your kid’s clothing. I am gonna be a mom to 3 in less than 4 months, and I want to know what brands and stores make cute clothes!
I already have shopped a bit at Gap & Old [name]Navy[/name], but it would be nice to know some more stores please! My kids are age 0-2, all suggestions are appreciated!!
Sorry for any typos, this was typed on my blackberry
I love [name]Marshall[/name]'s and TJ [name]Maxx[/name] and those types of stores…[name]Baby[/name] Gap is cute and Old [name]Navy[/name] does have cute stuff as well. I get a lot of hand-me-downs from family as well for the everyday stuff. I always find cute stuff at [name]Lord[/name] and [name]Taylor[/name] & Macys- like the [name]Ralph[/name] [name]Lauren[/name] stuff is really cute- I like that classic style. [name]Calvin[/name] Klein baby stuff is cute too…I don’t know- I have a girl so I am talking about girl clothes. I like classic stuff and not too much pink!
I like a mix of different styles, and I am a fan of pink lol but I like the yellow colors and purples too! [name]How[/name] much are [name]Ralph[/name] [name]Lauren[/name], and how about TJ [name]Maxx[/name]? I have heard of [name]Calvin[/name] Klein, I get some of my stuff from that brand!
I’m in Australia so probably not much help… I mostly shop at Target, and [name]Cotton[/name] On. And for nice stuff we have Pumpkin Patch, Gymboree, and [name]Myer[/name].
[name]Charlie[/name] & Me have cute stuff and sell online, as do Pumpkin Patch, but no idea if they ship to the States.
Pumpkin Patch, The Children’s Place and Gymboree mostly. I am VERY particular about what the kids wear. I have found some great finds at a TJ [name]Maxx[/name] and other little local stores.
My favorite is [name]Tea[/name] Collection but mostly buy from Carters outlet which is always low priced or Gap and Gymboree who frequently have great specials.
With my first (girl) I shopped mostly at Gymboree with a little [name]Baby[/name] Gap and Old [name]Navy[/name] thrown in. With my 2nd and 3rd (boys) I buy mostly from Kohls and Target.
I haven’t really started buying too much clothing yet but I know my aunt bought most of her sons clothing from [name]Baby[/name] Gap! But they are semi pricey, so she also got lots of Gymboree and Childrens Place Its also semi pricey, but [name]Janie[/name] and [name]Jack[/name]'s has really nice clothing!! I always buy people outfits from there Oh, and Crazy 8 tends to have some cute things!!
My other aunt can’t afford much, so she buys just general department store outfits. Like sears, macy’s, target, etc
I just kind of scoped out the mall myself, found all the childrens clothing stores… and read some reviews online!!
I like Gymboree, [name]Janie[/name] and [name]Jack[/name], and [name]Mini[/name] [name]Boden[/name]. [name]Hanna[/name] Andersson also has nice clothes and so does [name]Tea[/name] Clothing. I tend to wait or look for sales with all of these brands.
[name]Don[/name]'t have kids, but I have some baby cousins and when I get them birthday presents and such I shop at crewcuts (kids J.[name]Crew[/name]) and [name]Mini[/name] [name]Boden[/name] because that’s where pretty much all their clothes come from. [name]Both[/name] have adorable stuff! I don’t know if it’s for babies but it’s great for toddlers.
Old navy and Target mostly, well mostly target because our old navy closed… My 6 year olds school uniform shirts are all Izod brand, but all his other clothes are old navy jeans and shirts from the [name]Shaun[/name] White section at target.
I do most of my shopping online because it is just so easy and often free shipping or really cheap shipping is available and if you must return something, you can often take it to the store for a return rather than mail back.
Also, End of [name]Season[/name] sales online are such a money saver for me! Around this time of year I can pick up a ton of basics I will need next fall/winter for about 1/3 the price. So as long as i can estimate what size they will be come next november I can save tons of money on jackets, jeans, sweaters… I love [name]Land[/name]'s End Overstocks for this as well as Gymboree and Gap.
