I picked [name_f]Hazel[/name_f] It was hard for me to choose though because I feel something is a little off with the flow on all of them, but not horribly so. Probably because like you said, it’s 2-2-2.
I like [name_f]Vera[/name_f] in the middle spot the best. It’s soft and feminine. I don’t like the repetitive “ee” sounds of [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] [name_m]Huntley[/name_m] or the alliteration of [name_f]Hazel[/name_f] [name_m]Huntley[/name_m]. The difficult to pronounce Irish [name_f]Saoirse[/name_f] seems oddly matched with easy-to-pronounce [name_m]French[/name_m] [name_f]Noelle[/name_f] and the [name_f]Noelle[/name_f] [name_f]Iris[/name_f] combo runs into each other. [name_m]Don[/name_m]'t worry about the syllables. I have lived with a 2-2-2 syllable count all my life and I’m not bothered. [name_m]Just[/name_m] pick the mn you love the most and you won’t regret it.
I already answered your previous thread, but I’ll say it again because I really believe [name_f]Noelle[/name_f] [name_f]Iris[/name_f] [name_m]Huntley[/name_m] is gorgeous!
Thanks everyone… I think right now I am torn between [name_f]Iris[/name_f] and [name_f]Vera[/name_f]. I really wish I could use [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] but it just doesn’t flow with our last name.
I too like both [name_f]Iris[/name_f] and [name_f]Vera[/name_f]. While [name_f]Vera[/name_f] feels a bit more distinctive, [name_f]Iris[/name_f] flows better. I voted for [name_f]Iris[/name_f].
