I think [name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m] [name_m]Ephraim[/name_m] is a really wonderful name. If Etian is still an option [name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m] Etian would work well as well. I also really like your Grandpa’s name Efim - Although I don’t know if this is short for something? Natianiel Efim is lovely too!
I think it’s lovely to honour relatives and if it feels right to you, go for it. [name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m] [name_m]Ephraim[/name_m] is perfect!

All of them are lovely, but I think [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] [name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m] is my favourite on the list!
