@Greyblue interesting that you mentioned [name_f]Alodia[/name_f], do you know anyone named like that? It’s a somewhat popular name in a little village that I know in the south of Spain, where a festival is celebrated commemorating the town’s patron saints Alodía and Nun1lón

I also love [name_f]Alva[/name_f], I never thought of [name_m]Ali[/name_m] as nn for it, although [name_f]Alba[/name_f] its too common in my country. [name_f]Ilanys[/name_f] is an interesting name too, though I think I prefer [name_f]Ilaria[/name_f] which is an all times favourite of mine!

I used to babysit a little girl named [name_f]Alice[/name_f]. Her sisters called her [name_f]Allie[/name_f]. I have a tendency to keep shortening someone’s name until it’s as short as it can get 
. So [name_f]Alice[/name_f] became [name_f]Allie[/name_f] which became [name_m]Al[/name_m]
