[name_f]Adelia[/name_f] or [name_f]Edith[/name_f]?
[name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_f]Adelia[/name_f]! [name_f]Edith[/name_f] sounds super stuffy to me. [name_f]Adelia[/name_f] is so pretty! [name_m]How[/name_m] do you pronounce it?
i think uh-deal-ya, or thats how we will
I adore [name_f]Edie[/name_f] (have it on our short list), so my vote goes to [name_f]Edith[/name_f].
I actually prefer [name_f]Edith[/name_f] because it seems more like a “classic” (i.e. I can picture both a three year-old and an eight-three year-old with the name). [name_f]Adelia[/name_f] is nice too, but reminds me too much of “[name_f]Amelia[/name_f]” (of which I’m not a fan, and which is super popular now).
[name_f]Edie[/name_f] would make a cute nickname, too :).
I would pick [name_f]Edith[/name_f]. [name_f]Adelia[/name_f] sounds too much like ’ I’ll deal ya’ to my ears.
My vote’s for [name_f]Edith[/name_f]!
[name_f]Edith[/name_f]! [name_f]Edie[/name_f] is so sweet!
Another vote for [name_f]Edith[/name_f]! While I like [name_f]Adelia[/name_f], it’s similar to [name_f]Amelia[/name_f], [name_f]Adeline[/name_f], and [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] and might be grouped with the [name_f]Addy[/name_f] names.
I prefer [name_f]Adelia[/name_f]. [name_f]Edith[/name_f] sounds dated to me.
[name_f]Adelia[/name_f] all the way!
