I think all of the names you’ve given go beautifully with your sons’ names! I think my favourites are [name_f]Francesca[/name_f] and [name_f]Valentina[/name_f], but I also know of a sibset of [name_f]Angelica[/name_f], [name_m]Leonardo[/name_m] and [name_m]Salvador[/name_m] (which is very similar to yours if you were to use Angelica) and I think their names are really cool!!
[name_f]Valentina[/name_f] is so dreamy, so it has my vote!

If it helps you decide, [name_f]Francesca[/name_f] and [name_f]Giuliana[/name_f] would give you a strong Italian feel among the siblings. (I guess [name_f]Carlotta[/name_f] might too, but it actually reads more Spanish than Italian to me, maybe because of [name_f]Empress[/name_f] [name_f]Carlotta[/name_f] who wasn’t even Spanish but Mexican, but I digress.)
