I voted for [name]Oliver[/name] [name]Duncan[/name], but I also really like [name]Oliver[/name] [name]Felix[/name]. And as I mentioned before, I think [name]Oliver[/name] [name]James[/name] flows nicely as well, particularly with your last name. :slight_smile:

I like [name]Oliver[/name] [name]Rhys[/name] the best, but would bet most people would vote [name]James[/name].

I like [name]Oliver[/name] [name]James[/name] myself (well I like many of these names, so I’m not saying it’s my favorite!), but worry that it is too boring, especially with [name]Oliver[/name] being in the top 10 of names all across Europe. [name]James[/name] is too common a first name for us to consider using, but fits nicely as a middle…though I worry that everyone has the middle name “[name]James[/name]”!

Definitely Olver [name]Duncan[/name] :slight_smile: [name]IMO[/name], giving a boy the middle name [name]James[/name] is analogous to giving a girl middle name [name]Marie[/name]-- there are just so many more interesting options (even though I’ll admit that it sounds nice together)

Thanks everyone! I like [name]Oliver[/name] [name]James[/name], as do most of you! We’ll see what the DH thinks in a few weeks–he refuses to talk about it until we know the sex. I like the idea of using a Scottish name to honor his heritage, but I also love the sound of [name]Oliver[/name] [name]James[/name] and he has lots of Jameses in his family. Alternately, in 3.5 weeks, look for me on the girls names forum. :slight_smile:
