[name]Edward[/name], [name]Thomas[/name] and [name]Mary[/name] get my vote - [name]Edward[/name] and [name]Thomas[/name] are both strong without being harsh, and [name]Mary[/name] is such a classic but relatively rare nowadays. Plus, I think there are enough sweet nicknames for a baby [name]Mary[/name] that it works brilliantly for any age - [name]Mamie[/name], [name]Maisie[/name], Mol, [name]Molly[/name].
I didn’t vote, since I would like to rearrange your sibset a bit, I hope you don’t mind me doing so. But all your names/combos are absolutely stunning! I prefer [name]Mary[/name] over [name]Emma[/name], but I also prefer brothers [name]William[/name] and [name]Edward[/name] over [name]Thomas[/name] (but if you love [name]Thomas[/name], please ignore me!) I ‘voted’ for [name]Mary[/name] [name]Victoria[/name] in the other thread, and triplets [name]William[/name] [name]Thomas[/name], [name]Edward[/name] [name]Benjamin[/name] and [name]Mary[/name] [name]Victoria[/name] would be just soperfect!
If you are sticking with your boy names, I would swap the middle names if you don’t mind me saying so - [name]Edward[/name] [name]William[/name] has, well, a lot of w’s in it. [name]Edward[/name] [name]Benjamin[/name] and [name]Thomas[/name] [name]William[/name] flows just a little bit better, in my opinion.
You’ve done a impressing work naming your children! I wish you the best of luck! : )
svea I agree with everything you say… I’m having such a difficult time deciding names!
I love all the variations and just cannot decide. [name]Edward[/name] is my favourite boys name. I love [name]Emma[/name] too but don’t want 2 with E names. These will be our last kids and I need to use [name]Edward[/name]! Not sure between [name]Thomas[/name] and [name]William[/name]… I think [name]Thomas[/name] has it just - oh I don’t know!
So… (I’ll try to alter the poll!)
[name]Edward[/name] [name]William[/name], [name]Thomas[/name] [name]Benjamin[/name] and [name]Mary[/name] [name]Victoria[/name]
[name]Edward[/name] [name]Benjamin[/name], [name]Thomas[/name] [name]William[/name] and [name]Mary[/name] [name]Victoria[/name]
[name]Edward[/name] [name]Benjamin[/name], [name]William[/name] [name]Thomas[/name] and [name]Mary[/name] [name]Victoria[/name]
As to [name]Mary[/name]'s middle name… [name]Mary[/name] [name]Victoria[/name] is lovely but it just doesn’t feel quite right… but it feels more right than [name]Mary[/name] [name]Julia[/name] or anything else! Could just be that I’ve been staring at names for so long now that they’ve all blurred into one!
I think that [name]Edward[/name], [name]Thomas[/name], and [name]Mary[/name] are perfect. They are very elegant names! Now, with your kids’ names, you might like to use nicknames for these guys - [name]Eddie[/name], [name]Thom[/name], and [name]Molly[/name] would be cute!
As for middle names, I like [name]Edward[/name] [name]William[/name], [name]Thomas[/name] [name]Benjamin[/name], and [name]Mary[/name] [name]Victoria[/name]. The boys are perfect. For your girl, I worry that [name]Mary[/name] [name]Victoria[/name] sounds almost too regal - it’s very British queen, right? Anyway, with [name]Lucy[/name] [name]Matilda[/name] and [name]Sophie[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name], maybe these would work:
Maybe you need a naming- break? ; )
I’m glad if I can be of help : ) I’m Swedish and don’t know much of british royalties, but I thought something royal might suit your little princess - so I googled ‘royal names’, lol. [name]How[/name] about [name]Alice[/name], [name]Adela[/name], [name]Alexandra[/name], [name]Arabella[/name], [name]Beatrice[/name], [name]Cecilia[/name], [name]Louisa[/name] or [name]Wilhelmina[/name]? I don’t know if this is your style at all, it was just a thought.
My favourites are bolded - I like [name]Mary[/name] [name]Arabella[/name] for you, but I’m a sucker for alliteration, maybe you’re not? [name]Mary[/name] [name]Adela[/name] is very sweet. And I do think that [name]Mary[/name] [name]Victoria[/name] is beautiful, it has such a feel to it - classy, dignified but still cute and suitable for a little girl. [name]Mary[/name] [name]Arabella[/name] and [name]Mary[/name] [name]Adela[/name] is a bit more subtle though, if I’m going in the wrong direction here!
[name]Hope[/name] this helped and didn’t make your problems worse! Good luck : )
I just wanted to say I wouldn’t [name]Edward[/name] and [name]William[/name] together. Maybe it’s just me, but two W’s close together always make me think of [name]Willy[/name] Wonka. I think [name]Edward[/name] [name]Benjamin[/name] and [name]Thomas[/name] [name]William[/name] are great if you choose to go that route. Also, I think [name]Mary[/name] [name]Victoria[/name] is nice as well.
