I have always really liked the pretty flower name [name_f]Lily[/name_f] but I also like and see the name spelt differently. I also like [name_f]Lillie[/name_f]
Which spelling do you like best?
[name_f]Lily[/name_f]
[name_f]Lilly[/name_f]
[name_f]Lillie[/name_f]
[name_f]Lili[/name_f]
Or another version that I haven’t mentioned?
Thank you.
I like Lily the best! Even though it’s popular, that’s how the flower is spelt and I mostly like Lily as a flower name.

[name_f]Lily[/name_f] has a very pretty elegance and grace to it and is definitely the most straightforward so for a full name that gets my vote. I could get on board with all of the other spelling mentioned if they were a nickname that was matching the spelling of the full name (ex: Liliana/Lilia/Lilith nn [name_f]Lili[/name_f] or [name_f]Lillian[/name_f] nn Lillie/Lilly). I think [name_f]Lillie[/name_f] looks very cute but definitely prefer it as a nickname for [name_f]Lillian[/name_f] and [name_f]Lily[/name_f] as a standalone full name.

[name_f]Lily[/name_f], like the flower, is my favourite and most straightforward imo! I do really like [name_f]Lillie[/name_f] though, I agree with the above poster that it would be nice as a nickname spelling!

Yes I am thinking the same with the others being more nicknames and [name_f]Lily[/name_f] as a stand alone name.
I do love [name_f]Lilian[/name_f], [name_f]Liliana[/name_f] and [name_f]Lilith[/name_f].

[name_f]Lily[/name_f] as a standalone but I do like the unique spelling of [name_f]Lili[/name_f]. [name_f]Lilly[/name_f] and [name_f]Lillie[/name_f] makes more sense to me as a nickname for [name_f]Lillian[/name_f].

[name_f]Lily[/name_f] or [name_f]Lillie[/name_f]
I am 100% biased, but [name_f]Lily[/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f] I like that it’s the same spelling as the word.
I like simple [name_f]Lily[/name_f] best! [name_f][/name_f] I think it would have less spelling issues, and I like that it reminds me of the flower! [name_f][/name_f] The other spellings don’t have the same connotations for me.
[name_f][/name_f]
I do like [name_f]Lili[/name_f] okay, but in my head that’s “lee lee” not “lih lee”? [name_f][/name_f] I am most familiar with it as a nn for [name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f] in [name_m]German[/name_m].
[name_f]Lily[/name_f], followed by [name_f]Lilly[/name_f]
As a stand alone name I think I prefer [name_f]Lily[/name_f] since it’s how the flower is spelled, but as a nickname [name_f]Lillian[/name_f] or [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] I’d prefer [name_f]Lillie[/name_f].
I like [name_f]Lillie[/name_f] best, but I also can appreciate the more grounded [name_f]Lily[/name_f].
