Whit & Oak

What do you think of [name_u]Whit[/name_u] and [name_u]Oak[/name_u] for brothers? [name_f]Do[/name_f] you prefer [name_u]Whitley[/name_u], [name_u]Whitney[/name_u], or just [name_u]Whit[/name_u]? [name_m]Whittaker[/name_m] is not an option because I do not care for the composer.

Style-wise I think they make great brothers! However when I saw [name_u]Whit[/name_u] and [name_u]Oak[/name_u] my brain thought ā€œwhite oakā€ like the type of tree.

I would personally use either [name_u]Whitney[/name_u] or just [name_u]Whit[/name_u] with [name_u]Oak[/name_u].

So cute!

[name_m]Hi[/name_m] there.

Iā€™m loving [name_u]Whit[/name_u] recently. I feel like it seems too nick-name-y on its own, but I donā€™t much like any of the full names. Except maybe [name_m]Whitman[/name_m], but it seems pretty associated with [name_m]Walt[/name_m] [name_m]Whitman[/name_m]. Who is fine, but feels weird to name your kid after him unless youā€™re a big fan. Anyway, Iā€™d vote for just [name_u]Whit[/name_u]. Especially with just [name_u]Oak[/name_u].

[name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps.

[name_u]Whit[/name_u] and [name_u]Oak[/name_u] are really cool together!!

I like [name_u]Whit[/name_u] but donā€™t like [name_u]Oak[/name_u]. I just find it too terse and think it would be a pain to have since its not a common name and might often be misheard. [name_u]Whit[/name_u] is short too but feels more familiar. Theyā€™re nice for brothers if I overlook the problems with [name_u]Oak[/name_u].

[name_u]Whit[/name_u] and [name_u]Oak[/name_u] are darling! They feel cool and unexpected , yet charming, nature vibe

I think [name_u]Whitley[/name_u] is great and gives some diversity to potential nicknames ( [name_u]Whit[/name_u] , [name_u]Lee[/name_u] , [name_m]Ty[/name_m] )

I am obsessed with [name_u]Oak[/name_u] names lately. I know an [name_u]Oakley[/name_u] and and [name_f]Oaklynn[/name_f] . I think [name_u]Oakland[/name_u] would be sweet as well

[name_u]Whit[/name_u] is nice but I prefer [name_u]Winn[/name_u] actually which is also very close.

I think theyā€™d work very well for brothers. I donā€™t mind Whit as is, and though it does feel much like a nickname, I think it could definitely work stand-alone. I do think itā€™s high-time Whitney gets more use on boys though, so if after something lengthier, Whitney & Oak would be great, too.

[name_u]Whitney[/name_u] & [name_u]Oak[/name_u] or just [name_u]Whit[/name_u] and [name_u]Oak[/name_u] are tied as my favorite options. And I think this is a great sibset!

[name_u]Whit[/name_u] and [name_u]Oak[/name_u] sound really great together imo!

I like [name_m]Whittaker[/name_m] and [name_m]Whitman[/name_m]. Ill also suggest [name_m]Winston[/name_m] nn [name_u]Whit[/name_u].

[name_u]Whit[/name_u] and [name_u]Oak[/name_u] are lovely together. I love [name_m]Whitman[/name_m] and [name_m]Whitford[/name_m] and Whittier.

this brotherset is so so so handsome! :snowflake:

i think whit could be a stand-alone in this case, but i love whitman as a long form too, and whittaker from your choices. i also think whitman & oakley ā€œwhit and oakā€ would be so dashing!

whit and oak are adorable! i like them best as nicknames for longer namers. i second whitman & oakley or maybe whittier & oakland ā˜¾
