[name_f]Chevy[/name_f] (short for Chevrolet, sounds very name worthy if it wasn’t a car brand)

Cupidity (gorgeous sound, possible feminine form of [name_m]Cupid[/name_m]. But it’s far too close to stupidity and it doesn’t have a desirable meaning)

Viscountess/Viscount (I suppose it is possible for these to eventually catch on)

Dystopia (a lovey sound, but doesn’t conjure up nice images)

Assent (could catch on, I suppose)

Cyber

Sesquipedalian (means containing many syllables. It’s very true to it’s meaning and is a bit too much of a mouthful)

Geometry

Geography

Geology

Oblique

Oblivion

Zither (it’s a musical instrument)

Cupola

[name_f]Moire[/name_f]

That’s all for right now.

Hah, that’s rich- /lh

Lunacy
Corvette
Dairy
Anomaly
Sarsaparilla (maybe could work as a brave middle?)

I have a lot of not-so-name-ish words on my name lists in the vein of Wisher and [name_m]Creek[/name_m]!

The two most preposterous words that I think would be so pretty as names but could never be names are Maladie and Vagina. They’re really pretty sounding words!

I was actually thinking of that the other day! I asked my sister if Irony was a pretty name and she was like “it’s Irony to name your kid Irony” but Irony has been on my mind since then lol.

• Cathedral
• Libertine
• Radical
• Rascal (like Rasmus and Pascal, but cute!!)
• Story
• Star
• Fantasy (Taz for short?)
• Anonymity (so many nickname options)
• Honourable (Honour & Mabel? So cute!)
• Elevate (sounds like Evelyn, Ava & Violet all together)
• Violent (like Violet but better! But also worse haha)
• Miserable (like Mirabelle, Mabel & Isabelle all together)

But my favourite is Envy. It sounds so pretty but is SO unusable haha. The others above are probably being used by celebrities as we speak :joy: obviously Dream & Star etc are already famous and often used. Some of them I’d consider myself as GPs, like Meadow or Dancer or Snow, for middle names at least!

Foolish
[name_f]Siren[/name_f] (Like silas but wren)

I’m not a big fan of word names, but for some reason I’ve always thought the word Excellence sounds like it would be a beautiful name. Also the Welsh word Hiraeth is really pretty.

I was writing the word ‘phenomena’ recently and paused and thought just how much it looked like it could be a name! Maybe because it’s similar to Philomena??

Here are some others I can think of:

Malaria - this just sounds and looks like it should be one of the many names that comes from Maria.

Silhouette - I would probably not be surprised if I met someone with this name, it’s got a very pretty feel to it

Apostrophe - to me this sounds like a more masculine version of Persephone or an elaboration of Apollo

Chlorine - like Claudine just more toxic

Parsnip - I think this is so cute and if it wasn’t a vegetable it would be a refreshing alternative to Philip
