Could [name_f]Liz[/name_f] work as a nn for [name_f]Felicity[/name_f]? I like [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] with the nn [name_f]Liz[/name_f] but there are some negative associations with [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] that always takes it off the table as a possibility.
I don’t know how well [name_f]Liz[/name_f] would work as a nickname for [name_f]Felicity[/name_f]. I think Lissy or Filly work well, but [name_f]Liz[/name_f] seems like a bit of a stretch. If you’re trying to get to [name_f]Liz[/name_f] maybe [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] or [name_f]Charlize[/name_f]?
I don’t see why not.
Sure, but I think that [name_f]Liz[/name_f] is a bit boring. I love [name_f]Felicity[/name_f].
I think it works. It’s a nickname in my opinion pretty much anything goes!
It isn’t the most intuitive, but it could definitely work.
I think it works just fine
I’m honestly surprised so many people said it would be okay. I don’t think it makes any sense. Lis/Liss/Lissy makes sense, but [name_f]Liz[/name_f] is only known as a nickname for [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] or [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] so it would be rather strange. I just think it’s super weird.
I like how someone suggested [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] or [name_f]Charlize[/name_f] if you want to get to the nickname [name_f]Liz[/name_f]. You could also go with [name_f]Liza[/name_f]. Otherwise, I honestly think Lis/Liss is a sweet nickname. I had a friend growing up named [name_f]Alyssa[/name_f] and her nickname was [name_f]Lys[/name_f]. You could spell it that way too if you wanted since there is a Y in [name_f]Felicity[/name_f].
