Would you help me pick a spelling? Everly, Everlee, Everleigh :)

I know it’s not everyone’s favorite, but I love the name and these three spellings.

I’m curious which one you prefer and which images you get from it. How would you imagine a girl with these spellings? What other associations come to mind (colors, things, images).

For me:

[name_f]Everly[/name_f] - pink

[name_f]Everlee[/name_f] - eternity, stars, sky, forever.

[name_f]Everleigh[/name_f] - green, yellow, clearings in the forest, flowers, fairies.

Thoughts?

E and word [name_f]Ever[/name_f] are read green by me so all have green tones in there!

[name_f]Everly[/name_f] has some mustard & brown, 70s country music inflections - so see her as happy, bookish, musical and quietly confident.

[name_f]Everlee[/name_f] is pink and silver, also country girl but with a K2Y / cyber core element - funny, bold, showbiz, her own person, ready to get things done.

[name_f]Everleigh[/name_f] rings in the same way it does to you - fairies of the forest, waterfalls and though with an added teeny boomer element via “Leigh”. Away with fairies, too pure for this world, fiercely clever and smiling to her own jokes about the world.

[name_f]Everly[/name_f] is my favourite spelling as I like tailored names but can see the draw of the others - [name_f]Everlee[/name_f] seems the most made up but I quite like it!

I get very opposite vibes actually! [name_f]Everlee[/name_f] and [name_f]Everleigh[/name_f] feel very hot pink and preppy, they make me think of cityscapes and bright colours and bubblegum – [name_f]Everly[/name_f] I’d describe as green and yellow, a very vibrant sunny day!

I like the concise but bubbly feel of [name_f]Everly[/name_f]. It gives me imagery of pinks and purples, sparkly things and cowgirl hats, dancing, discos, rollerblades, glittery gel pens, sports games, converse in pastel shades

[name_f]Everlee[/name_f] gives me blue-green vibes, gemstones, prom dresses, slightly pearlescent or opalescent

[name_f]Everleigh[/name_f] gives me outdoorsy vibes, meadows, scuffed shoes, energy, summer

[name_f]Everly[/name_f] is hands-down my favorite spelling. I don’t picture it as pink. If anything, I think [name_f]Everlee[/name_f] is way more pink.

[name_f]My[/name_f] main vote for [name_f]Everly[/name_f] is that it is the most obvious spelling.

Like @tallemaja said, I get very pink, girly and preppy vibes from [name_f]Everleigh[/name_f] and [name_f]Everlee[/name_f] as they feel very girly and over the top - especially [name_f]Everlee[/name_f] since it feels very made up. [name_f]Everly[/name_f] is my favourite, it gives me a bubbly, confident sporty vibe and is definitely the most obvious spelling.

[name_f]Everly[/name_f] is my favorite spelling. It feels spunky and bubbly to me. I get pinks and purples and sunsets from her.

[name_f]Everlee[/name_f] and [name_f]Everleigh[/name_f] feels a little extra to me, I’m not fond of these spelling variations at all.

[name_f]Everly[/name_f] - silver and blue, middle class, energetic, musical, tomboyish

[name_f]Everlee[/name_f] - wild child, low socioeconomic status, green and blue, rebel

[name_f]Everleigh[/name_f] - sad, quiet, blue, shy, unique, feminine

I prefer [name_f]Everly[/name_f]. To me [name_f]Everly[/name_f] is more of the sparkly night sky vibes and [name_f]Everlee[/name_f] is the cutesy pink one.

out of the options you’ve given I would choose [name_f]Everlee[/name_f]. but I generally prefer the [name_f]Everlie[/name_f] spelling

I absolutely love the [name_f]Everly[/name_f] spelling. It gives me green forests and lushious waterfall vibes lol.

I would go with the [name_f]Everly[/name_f] spelling.

I actually like [name_f]Everlie[/name_f], but of these options: [name_f]Everly[/name_f]

The order in which I like the spelling is [name_f]Everly[/name_f], [name_f]Everleigh[/name_f], [name_f]Everlee[/name_f] (most to least). [name_f]My[/name_f] synaesthesia makes E’s bright yellow and L’s blue, and this almost always sets the colour scheme for how I see the name. The candles association comes from candles lit in the evening, I think.

[name_f]Everly[/name_f] - bright and sparkly, candles and warm walls lit by the sunset outside. Feels like the one that will fit any age because it has no particular age-associations for me.

[name_f]Everlee[/name_f] - very much the same as above, more blue from the longer second syllable, adding a more outdoor image with periwinkles. Feels young and playful. (I love your starry imagery for this one, maybe my brain can remember adopt it!)

[name_f]Everleigh[/name_f] - half sparkly yellow, half cornflower blue. Feels grown up and serious or at least sensible, for some reason!

I like [name_f]Everly[/name_f] better. I do agree that she is pink. [name_f]Everlee[/name_f] is more pink but like your imagery. It looks more like a smoosh though. Same with [name_f]Everleigh[/name_f], though I do like [name_f]Leigh[/name_f] as a standalone for a girl.
