Wren?

[name_u]Wren[/name_u] is growing on me and I would like some opinions on it. Also, do you prefer it on a boy or a girl?

I love it for a boy. I think it is strong, but soft at the same time.

I always assumed it was a girl’s name. I honestly don’t like it, either way.

I like it for both. It’s cute and strong and much more surprising on a boy. I love the Sir [name_m]Christopher[/name_m] [name_u]Wren[/name_u] connection too.

I know a hippy guy who goes by [name_u]Wren[/name_u] (his real name is [name_u]James[/name_u] or something). I find it a bit too “precious” for my taste. It’s not masculine and I don’t think it makes a great girls name [name_f]IMO[/name_f]. Reminds me of a baby bird.

I prefer it for a girl.

I think it’s really lovely.

I prefer [name_u]Ren[/name_u] as a nn for a boy.

For me, I would assume [name_u]Wren[/name_u] is a girl and [name_u]Ren[/name_u] is a boy. I would definitely use [name_u]Ren[/name_u] for a boy.

This, for me, is one of the few true unisex names as its a bird and can be used either way in my opinion.

I love [name_u]Wren[/name_u], to me it has a certain spunk to it. I think it would work equally well on a boy or a girl, however the only one I have met in real life was a boy.

Definitely a girl. I just can’t see it on a boy.

My name is [name_u]Wren[/name_u] and I have a mutual family friend who is an older gentleman named [name_u]Wren[/name_u]. And I think [name_u]Wren[/name_u] on a man is strange. It’s so feminine to me. [name_u]Ren[/name_u] is masculine imo.

I think on a girl [name_u]Wren[/name_u] feels more standard and modern, while for a boy it feels more artistic and adventurous. It’s a lovely name.

I adore [name_u]Wren[/name_u] (and [name_u]Ren[/name_u]) for a boy! It is super sweet, but would be wearable for a rougher kid too, imo

[name_u]Wren[/name_u] is all girl! I’m not a huger fan, however.
