My husband & I are having a girl in June. We love the name but are having a debacle on how we’re going to spell it. I love that it’s unique & gender neutral. He wants it with a W, I want it with an R but could go either way. Here’s my reasoning:
Starting with an R…
I think starting with an R is more appealing/takes the “silent” W out.
Starting with a W…
Spelt with a W could be an homage to my dad & grandpa who both have W names.
Which is more appealing to you?
I prefer [name_f]Wrenley[/name_f] - I think the association with wrens is very sweet and a shame to miss out on by taking the W out!

[name_f]Wrenley[/name_f] ! I like the wren/bird association, that it’s a subtle honour for you and that it just looks more complete/appealing to me
