Absolutely!! That’s so creative! You should either adopt or have lots of multiples so you can name them [name_u]Infant[/name_u], One, Two, Three, all the way through Fifty, so people can see how truly creative and inspirational you are!
I recently discovered the name [name_f]Anna[/name_f]! It’s so beautiful and unique! I think it’s one of the rarest names ever! What do you think? Is it too outlandish?

Oh goodness, yes. No one will know how to pronounce it or spell it. Better stay FAR away from it.
What would you do if your best friend stole your favorite baby name?
She steals my baby name, I steal her baby! I should be the only one to name my baby Xiannaleighshanalyntinreé and if ANYONE in the world uses it, their baby gets stolen too! So that means I’ll have to steal every baby named Xiannaleighshanalyntinreé and I don’t wanna be a mass kidnapper since I know so many people wanna name their baby that…SO DON’T NAME-STEAL!
Are rhyming names for twins still cute or is it tacky? I can’t help it and think [name_u]Ellery[/name_u] & Celery is nice! Opinions?

I usually think that rhyming names are super trashy and gross, but… [name_u]Ellery[/name_u] and Celery is absolute PERFECTION.
Middle name ideas:
Here’s some that are easy to digest.
[name_u]Ellery[/name_u] [name_m]Creed[/name_m]
Celery Seed
[name_u]Ellery[/name_u] [name_u]Bird[/name_u]
Celery Tird
Good, right? [name_u]Or[/name_u] you could go for a more filler middle that fills you up.
[name_u]Ellery[/name_u] Knapp
Celery Crap
[name_u]Or[/name_u] we could make it an easy-to-swallow NB favorite.
[name_u]Ellery[/name_u] [name_u]Kit[/name_u]
Celery Sh!t
I hope you liked my suggestions!
I have two kids named [name_m]Swift[/name_m] [name_u]Taylor[/name_u] and [name_u]Perry[/name_u] [name_f]Katy[/name_f]. I am expecting a boy and I want to name him [name_u]Billy[/name_u] [name_m]Jonathan[/name_m] but I’m scared that everybody will think of [name_u]Will[/name_u] [name_m]Smith[/name_m] because [name_m]Bill[/name_m] is a nickname for [name_u]William[/name_u] and [name_m]Jonathan[/name_m] is a long form of [name_u]John[/name_u] and there was a guy named [name_u]John[/name_u] [name_m]Smith[/name_m] once upon a time.
What should I do?

I agree with you, I think it is too close to [name_u]Will[/name_u] Smith’s name. You should pick Downey [name_u]Robert[/name_u] or [name_u]Beckham[/name_u] [name_u]David[/name_u] - they’re more original and you wouldn’t have to worry about the [name_u]Will[/name_u] [name_m]Smith[/name_m] connection.
[name_f]My[/name_f] husband and I are thinking of naming our baby Bumblebeigh if it’s a girl or Bumbleby if it is a boy as a subtle ode to nature but we’re worried it isn’t unique enough. What do you think?

I love these! But to make it better name her “Bumblebeigh
” or him “Bumbleby
” to show off pure uniqueness! Bonus: They can go by “
” for short!
I love nature names too and I am having twin girls named Brierre (pronounced “Briar”) and Rus (pronounced “Rose”). I love alternate spellings because they make my babies SO unique but my friend says their names look like “Pierre” and “Russ” which are BOYS NAMES! How do I make sure they look super feminine without using their overused original spellings?
[name_f]My[/name_f] special trick for making names look feminine is adding an extra Y or two… so I think you should go with Bryyerre and Ruys.
[name_f]My[/name_f] husband wants to name our daughter [name_f]Emma[/name_f], but that name is just so hard to pronounce and really bizarre honestly. I want something simpler and more familiar like [name_m]Josh[/name_m] for our little girl. How can I convince my husband that he’s just not going to win this one?

I don’t think I’ve ever heard the name [name_m]Josh[/name_m]. And I am a fluent speaker of Igpay Atinlay! Like most virtually unknown names, it shouldn’t matter what gender they fit into because these names have only just started to become names. Name her J♀sh just to make sure he knows how girly of a name it is! Y♀u sh♀uld win this argument by n♀w.
I adopted a girl from a foreign country. I want to name her “India” but my family is advising against it since she wasn’t adopted from [name_f]India[/name_f]. Should I name her after her real adopted country of Kyrgyzstan? I feel like Kyrgyzstan looks too basic though.
I have the perfect fix for you: add a couple more Ys and Zs to Kyrgyzstan. Maybe some Qs and Xs too! We want to make sure your little girl feels connected to her birth country but also stands out from all of her classmates. We don’t want her to be in a class with 5 Kyrgyzstans, you know?
[name_f]My[/name_f] 12th cousin’s step-dad’s brother’s girlfriend is naming their daughter [name_f]Bethany[/name_f], which has been my favorite name for years. [name_m]Can[/name_m] I still use that name, or are we too closely related?

For starters, you can’t have a daughter. You’re already copying them by having a daughter. Have a son instead. Name him Bethany. Then no one will even notice their Bethany because they’ll be too dumbfounded-OH SORRY I MEAN DAZZLED by your male Bethany. However if you already know you’re having a girl, name her Ynahteb because backwards names aren’t stealing, they’re reversing so it’s like an opposite name! Tee-hee!
I have 2 boys whose names are specifically only masculine on Nameberry: [name_m]Aureline[/name_m] and [name_m]Emile[/name_m]. I have 1 girl whose name is specifically unisex on Nameberry: [name_u]William[/name_u]. Despite what Nameberry says, my kids still get teased on mistaken gendered names. Because of that, I am deleting my account on Namberry right this instant [No I’m not; I would never do that! I love it here and I’m just joking.] and I want my 4th child, a girl to be named something not on Nameberry, especially because that would make her MORE unique! What is a good name for her not on this database?!

What about Etheldred? It isn’t in nb database and unisex just like your daughter’s lovely name
Middle names for [name_f]Margaret[/name_f]?

[name_f]My[/name_f] first thought for a middle name was [name_f]Peggy[/name_f] because it’s not even that similar to [name_f]Margaret[/name_f] so IDK why people act like it is but now I’m thinking that it’s doesn’t necessarily flow as well as my other idea, A. Yup, just A for the middle name slot, doesn’t stand for anything, it’s just there. Best of all, together [name_f]Margaret[/name_f] A sounds like [name_f]Margarita[/name_f], which is what I’m drinking right now to come up with this idea!
[name_f]Margarita[/name_f], [name_f]Tequila[/name_f], [name_f]Sherry[/name_f], and [name_f]Brandy[/name_f] are good names for girls and [name_u]Jack[/name_u] and [name_u]Daniel[/name_u] are good names for twin boys right? I JUST WANT THE NAMES TO AGE PROPERLY BECAUSE THEY WON’T BE BABIES FOREVER!!!
Your girl names are perfect! I think those will age like a fine wine! [name_u]Jack[/name_u] and [name_u]Daniel[/name_u] as twin boys though, not so much. I just can’t see them on a grown man; imagine a [name_m]Supreme[/name_m] [name_m]Court[/name_m] [name_m]Judge[/name_m] called [name_u]Daniel[/name_u]! Have you considered any alternatives? Twin boys called Sake [prn sah-kay] and Cider would be darling, especially with sisters called [name_f]Margarita[/name_f], [name_f]Tequila[/name_f], [name_f]Sherry[/name_f] and [name_f]Brandy[/name_f].
I already have twin girls called [name_f]Pollyanna[/name_f] “Polly” and [name_f]Dolores[/name_f] “Lolly”, and we’ve just found out that we’re expecting again! For a boy, we like [name_u]Laurence[/name_u] “Lol” but we can’t think of any more girl’s names that aren’t too matchy matchy to our twins. Anyone got any good suggestions?

Give [name_u]Laurence[/name_u] the nickname “Lol” AND make his initials L.O.L. If the surname you have doesn’t start with L, just make his surname start with L when he’s born, who cares if he seems ostracised from the family if his nickname matches with the girls’?! Oh and for his middle name, make it [name_u]Olly[/name_u]! Duh! I suggest for girls to name them [name_u]Delaney[/name_u] “Dolly”, [name_f]Melanie[/name_f] “Molly”, and/or [name_f]Halima[/name_f] “Holly”! [name_f]Hope[/name_f] I helped!
In fact, I have boys named [name_m]Solomon[/name_m] “ [name_u]Sol[/name_u] ” and [name_u]Porter[/name_u] “ [name_m]Pol[/name_m] “. I am having a third boy and I want him to have the name [name_m]Brandon[/name_m]. Is Brawl a good nickname for [name_m]Brandon[/name_m] or does it sound too violent!?

Brawl’s an exelent nn for Brandon!! It won’t make his life harder at all.
I’m having a baby girl (my first… child, that is) that I want to name Rey-rey. No full name just rey-rey. Some of my people are worried that it’ll get her teased or that she’ll never get a serious job, though. As an outside influence, do you think this is true or not?
Get them out of the way-way because they-they shouldn’t be stopping you from naming her Rey-rey. I think she could get a job making Doublemint gum. But if you’re more of a Three Musketeers candy bar person, name her Rey-rey-rey! And you know exactly what to name her if you love 100 Grand bars…
[name_f]Katy[/name_f] [name_u]Perry[/name_u] and [name_m]Orlando[/name_m] [name_f]Bloom[/name_f] have a daughter named [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Bloom[/name_f]. What’s a fitting first name for the last name [name_f]Petal[/name_f]? (Not actually my last name, just acting like it is for the game lol)
In my opinion, [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is the best name for the surname [name_f]Petal[/name_f]! And for a boy: [name_m]Ross[/name_m]. It’s chic and daring, and completely tease-proof. If you don’t like R names, I think [name_u]Lotus[/name_u] would also be a fantastic choice, but [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is definitely my favourite.
I also have a word surname, which is [name_m]King[/name_m]. I love the name [name_u]Joseph[/name_u], especially nicknamed [name_u]Joe[/name_u]. [name_f]My[/name_f] other favourites are [name_f]Mimi[/name_f] and [name_m]Finnick[/name_m]. Are these too silly for the last name [name_m]King[/name_m]? What other names would you suggest?

I would suggest [name_f]Queen[/name_f], [name_u]Earl[/name_u], [name_u]Duke[/name_u] and [name_u]Kingsley[/name_u]
I just got a fish, what should I call it?
