[name_f]Freya[/name_f] [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] rolls well but I think it’s best to keep the spelling simple. [name_u]Wynter[/name_u] looks like you’re trying too hard to be quirky.
I love either [name_f]Freya[/name_f] [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] or [name_f]Freya[/name_f] [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] [name_u]Winter[/name_u]. I do not like the spelling [name_u]Wynter[/name_u]. Sorry if this is to harsh but [name_u]Wynter[/name_u] looks to made up to me, like you don’t know how to spell winter.
My thoughts exactly. [name_f]Freya[/name_f] [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] [name_u]Winter[/name_u] is my favorite.
I voted [name_f]Freya[/name_f] [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] but I also really like [name_f]Freya[/name_f] [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] [name_u]Winter[/name_u]. I’m not the biggest fan of [name_u]Wynter[/name_u]; sorry.
I prefer the [name_u]Winter[/name_u] spelling for sure. [name_f]Freya[/name_f] [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] is my favourite combo - stunning!
I voted [name_f]Freya[/name_f] [name_u]Wynter[/name_u] [name_f]Maeve[/name_f]. I don’t care for the spelling of [name_u]Wynter[/name_u], but it’s what your wife wants, so I think it’s only fair if you picked [name_f]Maeve[/name_f].
[name_f]Freya[/name_f] [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] is stunning, honestly one of the prettiest combos I’ve seen on this site.
Regarding the spelling, I guess the question is: would you be using [name_u]Winter[/name_u]/[name_u]Wynter[/name_u] as a reference to the season? Or is it literally just a sound/aesthetic you like? Because if it’s just the sound and not related to the season, [name_u]Wynter[/name_u] makes sense as a choice because it would be a name distinct from that connection. HOWEVER, if it’s intended to bring about the image of glittering lights on new fallen snow (or whatever), I don’t see what the point would be of intentionally spelling the word wrong.
Another hang-up I have about [name_u]Wynter[/name_u] in this combo is that it looks weird combined with [name_f]Freya[/name_f], because of the repeating Y. It makes [name_f]Freya[/name_f] look less distinct/special by having so many Ys almost next to each other. [name_m]Just[/name_m] my opinion.
Good luck either way!
I think [name_u]Wynter[/name_u] is a fine spelling, but the full name seems too y-heavy with both [name_f]Freya[/name_f] and [name_u]Wynter[/name_u].
[name_f]Freya[/name_f] [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] looks and sounds beautiful!
[name_f]Freya[/name_f] [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] is beautiful but like a pp said if your wife chose [name_u]Wynter[/name_u] then I think it’s fairer to go with that. [name_f]Freya[/name_f] [name_u]Wynter[/name_u] [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] is still gorgeous, although maybe better as [name_f]Freya[/name_f] [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] [name_u]Wynter[/name_u] so the two ys arent so close
I think either spelling of [name_u]Winter[/name_u]/[name_u]Wynter[/name_u] is fine - people have been swapping 'i’s and 'y’s forever in spellings. Suddenly in an age of anything goes in other areas the spelling of names seems to have more rules and implications. A sociologist’s dream! If it’s a special reference to the season then [name_u]Winter[/name_u], if to the surname [name_u]Wynter[/name_u] or just for the interesting look, then [name_u]Wynter[/name_u]. If your wife loves [name_u]Wynter[/name_u] and you chose [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] then that’s enough for me - [name_u]Wynter[/name_u]. I like the order [name_f]Freya[/name_f] [name_u]Wynter[/name_u] [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] best but either order is ok. I like the way the 'y’s in the 2 names reflect each other.
Convince her to spell it “[name_u]Winter[/name_u]”!
