We are planning to keep the names a secret till baby arrives, so I would love to hear what you think of them so we get an idea of what kind of reactions we can expect to get.
Still open to suggestions on other names if you think of some that seem to fit our taste. Or names that could work for future siblings.
Thanks so much for the kind comments! Nice to get some positive feedback. I feel like both [name_m]Griffin[/name_m] and [name_f]Alina[/name_f] fit our criteria perfectly - familiar feeling, but not common, nice sound, and fairly easy to pronounce and spell. And then I love that we get to use family names for the middle.
I love [name_m]Griffin[/name_m] and I’m a sucker for a family name. 4th generational - awesome!
[name_f]Alina[/name_f] was not my pick from your previous list but I do like this spelling and I think it pairs very well with [name_f]Joelle[/name_f]. They really sound good together.
You all are really making me fall in love with these names more! I like to think people will like the name we choose for our baby, and most of all I want our child to like their own name as they grow - so I love getting some outside opinions without having to share our names ahead of time with our friends.
Great names, perfect spelling of [name_f]Alina[/name_f] to get the correct pronunciation and… [name_m]How[/name_m] can you not love family/honour names?! Great choices!
[name_f]Alina[/name_f] and [name_m]Griffin[/name_m] are fine choices. Congrats to you on finding your names. Now, you can relax! Good luck and let us know when the baby is born by posting in the Birth Announcements forum.
