I remember this bandwagon being a trending one a couple years back, and I thought I’d bring it back to chat about miss [name_f]Concord[/name_f]!
What middle name(s) would you give your daughter if her first name was [name_f]Concord[/name_f]? How about for her first name(s) if her middle name was [name_f]Concord[/name_f]?
And my true burning question, what names would you give your daughter and your son if they had a sister named [name_f]Concord[/name_f]?
ooh I enjoyed this bandwagon! Concord Eva immediately sprung to mind, and I also like the very simple Concord Anne.
From my list, I think Isabel Concord and Josephine Concord both work!
Honestly if I had a daughter named Concord I’d be tempted to create a little Puritan virtue inspired set with Concord, Amity and Victor. But if that’s a bit matchy, I’d go for Concord, Lilibet and Amos
It’s still one of my favorites! It was so simple to post and a lot of fun to reply to. I’m hoping it’ll catch on again [name_f][/name_f]Also, I love [name_m]Concord[/name_m], [name_f]Amity[/name_f], and [name_m]Victor[/name_m]! They are so fun.
Nicknames for [name_m]Concord[/name_m], an unusual way to have maybe [name_m]Rory[/name_m] as a nickname, also [name_f]Coco[/name_f], Co, [name_m]Cody[/name_m] and [name_f]Connie[/name_f].
[name_f][/name_f]
I like the idea of [name_m]Concord[/name_m] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_m]Concord[/name_m] [name_f]Celeste[/name_f] (This one with the nickname [name_f]Cece[/name_f] )
[name_f][/name_f]
As a middle name, i enjoy the idea of [name_f]Iris[/name_f] [name_m]Concord[/name_m] and [name_f]Emmaline[/name_f] [name_m]Concord[/name_m].
[name_f][/name_f]
Siblings for [name_m]Concord[/name_m] that came to mind are: [name_m]Campbell[/name_m] (g), [name_m]Sterling[/name_m] (b), [name_m]Conley[/name_m] (b), [name_m]Adair[/name_m] (b/g), [name_f]Tempest[/name_f] (g), [name_m]Wynn[/name_m] (b), Darlington (b), [name_m]Viridian[/name_m] (b), [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] (g)
I think I would lean into the Revolutionary-esque, preppy vibes because [name_m]Concord[/name_m] makes me think so much of [name_m]Concord[/name_m], MA (though I’m in [name_m]New[/name_m] England). Though I also like the idea of leaning into it as a surname-y, tailored pick [name_f][/name_f]— the vibes of a family surname or important landmark. Maybe even something aspirational given that [name_m]Concord[/name_m] sounds like conquered?? Personally I tend to pair out there choices with more traditional names in a combo (to achieve balance).
Also could see wild middles or nicknames to match. [name_m]Concord[/name_m] [name_f]Alice[/name_f] & [name_m]Henry[/name_m] [name_m]Huckleberry[/name_m] “Callie + Huck” would be preppy and dressed in gingham as they lick the pie off their plates at the backyard party. [name_m]Or[/name_m] [name_m]Concord[/name_m] [name_f]Mae[/name_f] & [name_m]Alexander[/name_m] [name_m]Brave[/name_m] “Cricket + Bear” whose nicknames appear completely unrelated but are based on family lake trips and silly stories.
[name_m]Concord[/name_m] is so interesting! [name_f][/name_f] Not generally my style but I like it a lot.
[name_f][/name_f]
Middles for [name_m]Concord[/name_m]: [name_f][/name_f] [name_m]Concord[/name_m] [name_f]Elena[/name_f] or [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f], [name_m]Concord[/name_m] [name_f]Valentina[/name_f], [name_m]Concord[/name_m] [name_f]Helena[/name_f], [name_m]Concord[/name_m] [name_f]Lottie[/name_f]?

I’d go with [name_m]Concord[/name_m] [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] or [name_f]Kinvara[/name_f] [name_m]Concord[/name_m] [name_f][/name_f] today! But [name_m]Concord[/name_m] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f], [name_m]Concord[/name_m] [name_f]Aurelia[/name_f], and [name_m]Concord[/name_m] [name_f]Leonie[/name_f] came to mind too [name_f][/name_f]- as did [name_f]Saskia[/name_f] [name_m]Concord[/name_m], [name_f]Emryn[/name_f] [name_m]Concord[/name_m] and [name_f]Zadie[/name_f] [name_m]Concord[/name_m]
[name_f][/name_f]
and for sibs… [name_f]Eadlyn[/name_f], [name_m]Sunrise[/name_m] and [name_f]Yllnore[/name_f] or [name_f]January[/name_f], [name_m]Lavandin[/name_m] and [name_m]Requiem[/name_m]
[name_f][/name_f]
(Cordie and [name_f]Eadie[/name_f], [name_f]Cordie[/name_f] and [name_f]Sunny[/name_f], Ylla and [name_f]Cordie[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- or [name_m]Jan[/name_m] and [name_f]Connie[/name_f], [name_m]Van[/name_m] and [name_f]Cordie[/name_f], and [name_f]Remi[/name_f] and Cordie)
If I had a daughter named [name_m]Concord[/name_m], she’d be [name_m]Concord[/name_m] [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f]
If I had a daughter with the middle name [name_m]Concord[/name_m], she’d be [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] [name_m]Concord[/name_m] or [name_f]Lilia[/name_f] [name_m]Concord[/name_m]
[name_f][/name_f]
If I had a daughter named [name_m]Concord[/name_m], her siblings would be [name_m]Winslow[/name_m] and [name_m]Woodrow[/name_m]
[name_m]Concord[/name_m] [name_f]Juno[/name_f] sprung to mind immediately as a middle name or maybe [name_f]Maggie[/name_f] [name_m]Concord[/name_m] as a first name for a spunky hipster name.
[name_f][/name_f]
I would name Concord’s siblings [name_f]Vesper[/name_f] [name_m]Daniel[/name_m] & [name_m]Onyx[/name_m] [name_f]Mabel[/name_f]
