thanks.
[name_f]Laura[/name_f] is a classic! [name_u]Strong[/name_u] little house on the prairie vibes for me but in the best way. I picture a strong willed girl and a confident woman. I’d love to meet a baby Laura!!
I really like it! Sweet and classic, simple yet elegant. It’s super versatile which I like – it works in multiple languages and I can imagine it on any age or personality. I would be so excited to meet a little [name_f]Laura[/name_f]!
It’s definitely a perfectly respectable classic. It doesn’t really stand out to me or have a spark though. Maybe because I know so many “Laurens” and it is so similar. I consider [name_u]Lauren[/name_u] dated and [name_f]Laura[/name_f] timeless though.
I like [name_f]Laura[/name_f], it’s got a blue/purple vibe to it (from my synaesthesia). I don’t find it a very exciting name on an adult, since I know so many. However, it’s still on the top 200 where I am (England) which surprises me - where are all the younger Lauras? I feel like I haven’t met them! I’d be happy to meet a baby [name_f]Laura[/name_f]. I think it’s an elegant, friendly and positive name.
You know, it’s crazy that I run into this thread because I just got back from a walk where I contemplated the name [name_f]Laura[/name_f]. It’s never really stood out to me before, but I randomly thought of it and was thinking that it’s actually a really nice name! Solid, soft, pretty, traditional but not outdated, familiar but underused, timeless yet modern… it really checks a lot of boxes!
[name_f]Laura[/name_f] is a beautiful name that has never fallen out of favor with me. [name_f]Laura[/name_f] Ingalls [name_u]Wilder[/name_u] is a great namesake with an exciting story.
Simple and solid with a little vibe.
I think [name_f]Laura[/name_f] is lovely! It’s cozy and timeless, but still a little unexpected on a baby.
[name_f]Laura[/name_f] feels very sweet and classic to me! It gives me [name_m]Little[/name_m] House the [name_u]Prairie[/name_u] vibes but in a good way! It would feel so cute and fresh on a little girl. I love the name so much… such a shame I can never use it because it’s my aunt’s name and I’m not sure how she’d feel about that.
[name_f]Laura[/name_f] is so classic! She’s strong, timeless and has a pretty house on the prairie feel just like @Kibby said.
I think [name_f]Laura[/name_f] is lovely and would be really refreshing as a first name for a baby. I would love to pair [name_f]Laura[/name_f] with a fun nature name like [name_f]Saffron[/name_f].
[name_f]Laura[/name_f] and [name_u]Lauren[/name_u] are both dated to me but i like [name_u]Lauren[/name_u] better
[name_f]Laura[/name_f] is such a beautiful name, I love it!!
[name_f]Laura[/name_f] is beautiful, timeless, and a little bit rustic. I immediately think of [name_m]Little[/name_m] House on the [name_u]Prairie[/name_u] and the admirable character that [name_f]Laura[/name_f] Ingalls is. The name is feminine but with a lot of strength, and is reasonably uncommon (have only met one in my age group). [name_f]Laura[/name_f] is sweet, simple and humble, which probably contributes to her overlooked-ness. Anyway, I think Laura’s a gorgeous name, so I think you should go for it!
I like [name_f]Laura[/name_f]! I know so many around my age (early 20s) and some a bit older too but I don’t think I know of any younger girls called [name_f]Laura[/name_f]! I’d probably be slightly surprised, but happy, to see it on a youngster nowadays!
This is going to sound silly ! But I don’t love [name_f]Laura[/name_f] or Laurie/ [name_f]Lori[/name_f] but I love [name_u]Lauren[/name_u] and [name_u]Laurel[/name_u] . This probably has everything to do with associations but for reasons I cannot figure out that’s where my heart leads
I’ve always considered [name_f]Laura[/name_f] a can’t-go-wrong choice. It’s timeless and all positive.
I love [name_f]Laura[/name_f]! [name_u]An[/name_u] underused classic. I’m not quite sure how to articulate the vibe I get from it but here’s my [name_f]Laura[/name_f] moodboard:
[name_f]Laura[/name_f] is so classical and elegant. It’s much more uncommon than it used to be. I really love it.
