Both are nice, but I prefer [name_u]Zoe[/name_u] with [name_f]Cora[/name_f]!
I had thought about [name_f]Zoey[/name_f] or [name_f]Zoie[/name_f] as alternatives also, not sure which one I prefer.

Biggest concerns:
[name_u]Zoe[/name_u] - a little popular
[name_f]Cleo[/name_f] - too close to [name_f]Cora[/name_f]
