Chloe is “pretty girl” to me more than cutesy but I know my husband wouldn’t go for it for our daughter as felt it was too decorative only (didn’t think she’d be a go-getter with the name ). I still like it! Didn’t suggest Sophie and the others I suggested are more mature sounding, I think. I also like Adelaide and Arabella with your set but just scrolled up to see no repeat letters (I’d be the same). Florence, Bridget, Helena, Tabitha, Constance, Valerie, and Harriet (if you’re OK with not having a future Henry - not just the H also the meaning) could also work.
I like Jemima too with your set - think it ties in the more playful Elliot - but not sure if too girly?
And I really like Leonore!
I think using Henri will invite the French pronunciation “On-ree”? But it’s cute (lol) and distinct!
