I agree, I’m 99% sure futuremrsberkheimer is a troll.
As far as growingup though, I’d be surprised if she was a troll only because she’s had the account for over a year. There is something weird about that though, which is that she literally ONLY responds to threads about the name [name]Cohen[/name]. Only 9 forum posts in more than a year she’s been on nameberry, and every single one talks about [name]Cohen[/name] - either encouraging people to use the name or suggesting it as an option or talking about her son named [name]Cohen[/name]. So if she’s a troll, she’s a very patient, persistent one.
Is airforcewife under consideration? She had a [name]Cohen[/name] thread within 24 hours of the other threads. Fishy fishy.

Because ‘ignore’ doesn’t stop the trolls from posting. If people are clearly only around to cause trouble then they should be banned.

Hah. Didn’t we think basicsand is a troll? The point of this thread is to alert others to the presence of trolls so they can then choose to either ignore or respond to the troll. This thread also lets [name]Pam[/name] and [name]Linda[/name] know about trolls so they can shut down their accounts if they get too out of hand. It’s not a list of “people we don’t like”. It’s a list of “people who bring Nameberry into disrepute due to their childish behaviour”.
Also, there have been a few patient and persistent trolls. Most trolls are “junior members” who start obviously trolling straight away, but I’m thinking of justme, who has been a member of this site for years and gone through three “pregnancies” in real time before being found out. Those ones are a bit more disturbing [name]IMO[/name]. Also elenalou.
Who is “we”? I suggest you look at my history of forum postings or IP address. Despite being frequent posters, some people who continue such argumentative threads ([name]Cohen[/name], [name]India[/name]) are those nominating or friends of those suggesting who the troublemakers are. The most often childish behavior are those that continue such discussions if they’re supposedly trying to stop them.
I think this has gone far enough and for so long that it’s impossible to follow the thread. We definitely want to hear about trolls asap via email at [email protected] or [email protected] but disagreement is not the same as trolling. So get in touch with us directly if you have a problem and we’ll look into it. We ban trolls swiftly and completely and caution those who are rude, but beyond that let’s accommodate this community of diverse opinions and personalities. Thanks.
