Create A Family (With A Twist)

[name_f]Niamh[/name_f] [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f] Foyer (25) is Lazslo’s fiancée from the time of his disappearance. A soft spoken, patient person, the vanishing of the man she loved so deeply still weighs heavily on Niamh’s mind - worsened by the words of her uncle shortly before those fateful events transpired. A professionally trained dancer, [name_f]Niamh[/name_f] spent most of her early twenties travelling on cruise ships or attending competitions primarily in [name_f]France[/name_f] and [name_u]Brazil[/name_u], perfecting her techniques and meeting a large array of people - slowly coming out of her shell in the process. As the only grandchild on the paternal side of her family - her uncle, who opposed Lazslo so vehemently, opted against having children themselves - she was smothered a fair bit growing up, especially by her dad who considered her fragile, thanks to [name_f]Niamh[/name_f] being born prematurely and needing some medical support for the first few weeks of her life.

Having met a huge range of people, not all of whom spoke [name_f]English[/name_f] confidently - helped slightly by [name_f]Niamh[/name_f] being fluent in Spanish and proficient enough in [name_u]French[/name_u] - meant she was never impatient with Lazslo while teaching him, and tried her best to turn him away from chastising himself for not picking things up immediately. This was also helped by her choosing to become a dance teacher after returning home for the final time, primarily working with 8-12 year olds with interest in competing - her specialist areas being ballet, jazz and lyrical. It was her boss whose bachelorette party she met Lazslo at actually: a woman now in her early thirties who also worked on the cruise ships who acted as an older sister figure to [name_f]Niamh[/name_f] when she was first adjusting to being away from home (and her doting parents).

Enduring Lazslo’s vanishing took it’s toll on the young woman more than she likes to admit to anyone, even her family. It caused more friction between [name_f]Niamh[/name_f] and her uncle - whose words hurt her so gravely after her fiancée truly did disappear under awful circumstances - and they don’t have much contact now at her insistence, associating too much of an omen with his words. The only thing that stopped [name_f]Niamh[/name_f] from becoming completely listless in the wake of this (as she unfortunately did experience serious depression, having to take medical leave from work on the grounds of how devastated she was) turned out to be her unplanned pregnancy with Lazslo’s child. Her daughter proved to be the only source of hope for her in the immediate months after and she slowly regained some of her old self once she was born, finding strength through her daughter who she vowed to protect and care for.

Still, [name_f]Niamh[/name_f] can’t stop herself constantly checking for case updates and has even considered reaching out to [name_f]Grace[/name_f] more recently to try and peace something together for what Lazslo had hoped. Her only fear is what if this only makes things worse for everyone, including her child…
