Virtually every character of mine, major or minor, develops a love interest at some point. I’m just a zealous fan of the romance genre, I suppose. Although this is bending the rules a bit, I do have a pretty prominent character named Evangelos Othonos who never acquires a love interest during his arc in my story, although that may just be because he dies in the end. Very sad.
