Hello, I’m just curious; what are some pros and cons about the name [name_f]Ella[/name_f]? TIA!
Pro’s: short, easy, beautiful
Con’s: meaningless
[name_f]Ella[/name_f] is a classic name and I think most people would either like it or at least be indifferent about it. Although I do know someone who named her daughter [name_f]Ella[/name_f] and got a lot of negative comments about it. But it’s a common name so it wouldn’t be shocking for anyone to hear. That could be a pro or a con depending on how you feel about it. It’s short and to the point - also a pro or con depending on personal tastes. [name_m]Even[/name_m] though it’s short it still has nickname options though.
Pros: Classic, easy to spell, easy to pronounce, goes with any looks or personalities
Cons: Common, frequently used, may be confused with Ellie or Emma

Omg I forgot about that, and I even commented on that post
Pros -cute, versatile, easy to say and spell, cute meaning
Cons -popular, a bit lacklustre
Pros - easy to spell. Easy to pronounce. Short and sweet. Not overly used but well known.
Cons - no nicknames because it’s already short. Used as a nickname for a lot of names so potentially used a lot.
[name_f]Beautiful[/name_f] name ! [name_u]Love[/name_u] the symmetry! Easy to spell , pronounce and recognize
Cons : my cousin already used this name so it’s not something we can use ! So sad
I really like [name_f]Ella[/name_f]! I love [name_f]Ella[/name_f] [name_m]Fitzgerald[/name_m] and she gives this somewhat flimsy name oomph and jazz that I wouldn’t otherwise associate with it. I guess it depends on the wearer because I generally find it empty sounding, but pretty. I actually slightly prefer [name_f]Elle[/name_f] right now, but I’m fickle on this one.
Cons: “Ella” means she/her in Spanish, so could be confusing! Similar sounding “Elle” also means she/her in [name_u]French[/name_u], so those are the biggest cons to me.
[name_f]Ella[/name_f] is lovely!
Pros: short & simple, easy to say & spell, classic, down-to-earth & friendly, widely appealing, and just the right amount of jazzy!
Cons: I know a lot of Ella’s, which has watered down the specialness for me a bit (although I still think it’s beautiful). Also I can’t help but see “she” in Spanish.
