four month old's name- want new suggestions

So, it came down to [name]Blythe[/name] and [name]Thea[/name]. Although I’m settled on [name]Blythe[/name], DH had a turn of emotion and says not really liking [name]Blythe[/name] anymore. [name]Thea[/name] isn’t it for me. We’re both so worn of looking for names. I don’t know what else to do. I’m going to just settle on [name]Thea[/name] for DH, but I wanted to give it one last shot at finding the perfect name that we both love.

Someone in a previous post offered to try to help us make a new list…Can you help?

Here’s what I’m looking for, and things that we’ve used to look for names…

  • I love nature names.
  • DH loves classic eastern european and greek names ([name]Phaedra[/name], [name]Nadia[/name], [name]Althea[/name]…) *we are neither eastern european or greek…
  • We both agree she needs a shorter name to balance the long double barrel last name
  • We want a name with a strong meaning.
  • She is a happy and light soul. We would both love to have a name that reflects this without being too cutesy.
  • She has beautiful eyes
  • Want a unique name. Prefer not on the top 1000, but certainly not in the top 50.
  • Her mn is [name]Miriam[/name]
  • Her last name is similar to [name]Jackson[/name]-[name]Ford[/name]
  • I don’t want the nn’s [name]Addy[/name], [name]Maddy[/name] or [name]Cori[/name]
  • I she had been a boy, her name would have been either [name]Asher[/name] [name]Vail[/name] or [name]Lucien[/name] ([name]Luca[/name]) [name]Vail[/name]. (it was so strange- we agreed on [name]EVERY[/name] boy name we talked about… how is it that girl names are like night and day to us!!!)

or

[name]Halcyon[/name] (pn hal-cee-yon) - greek, meaning Kingfisher and calm & tranquil, doesn’t go so well with [name]Miriam[/name] though x

You’ve probably answered this in your other threads, but what are you calling her at home? What do you refer to her as?

If you both liked [name]Luca[/name], it has been used as a girls’ name and I think it’s very sweet, I don’t know how you feel about that…

Although I know that [name]Luca[/name] can be used as girl name, seems all boy to me.

As to what we call her- pet names mostly love, sweetheart, pretty eyes…
My friends call her [name]Billie[/name] [name]Jean[/name]. Because I’m a big michael jackson freak :stuck_out_tongue: (and, no, although we very briefly considered it, I don’t want to actually name her [name]Billie[/name] [name]Jean[/name])

[name]Ione[/name] - I like the ie-O-nee prn for you (instead of ie-ON). meaning: From the Greek ion meaning “violet flower”. This was the name of a sea nymph in Greek mythology. (from behindthename.com).
[name]Ione[/name] [name]Miriam[/name] [name]Jackson[/name]-[name]Ford[/name] - I think it’s lovely. [name]Ione[/name] is Greek-based, so it might appeal to your dh; it has a lovely meaning (maybe not quite as strong a meaning as some of your previous choices but nice); is nature-related; and is related to the sea which evokes tranquility.

Like [name]Thalia[/name] alot. Similar to [name]Thea[/name], but with a bit more to it and without the pn issues. That might be a good one.
